The gentleman I spoke to talked me through the pros and cons of different policies in a way that was easy to understand so I was able to make a clear decision without any pressure. He was polite and helpful all the way through the process. I would definitely recommend them.

We spoke to Amina who was very knowledgeable, patient and professional throughout the conversation and took time to understand our needs and why mattered to us. Amina listened carefully, and provided us with several options, giving us the pros and considerations of each, and provided with a policy that met our needs, at an affordable price, should the worse happen. What stood out was Amina’s communication: checking our understanding at each stage, made sure we didn’t feel rushed. She signposted the next steps clearly ensuring we felt confident and informed before we progressed from start to finish. A genuinely excellent service.

At first i was happy and thought the gent wss helpful but he was very pushy and persistant with ringing my phone and my mums phone to the point where i have now cancelled my policy and look with someone else this just let the service down. Also still been contacted after taking out a policy to try get my mum to take one over a week later most days i have had phone calls from several numbers from the same person about lifr insurance again why i have now cancelled mine.

Having reviewed my life insurance policies recently I wanted to increase the payout amount and extend the coverage. Reassured were extremely helpful with helping me achieve this and getting me the best price. They also have a free ‘trust’ service which is a fantastic way of assuring my two sons they will receive their money when I have passed, as this will be a stressful time for them.
I would highly recommend speaking to Reassured if you need any insurances.
