I went for early release of my pension pot as retired as an architect 2 years ago. And want some "fun money" to enjoy retirement (like a gulet cruise).
I was worried that I couldn't change my email on the contact form as it was a defunct email adress that I had registered under, but today Jess called and left a message so she will let me know what my pot is worth, but Im pleased to say its well above my expectations! Great investment!

The experience I had on the telephone with a lady called Adriana, was absolutely incredible. She answers all of my questions and gave me lots of information.

Friendly staff

Absolutely shocking service full of misleading information and constant ploys to delay paying my pension. The telephone operators apparently have no idea what's happening in the claims department and have told me repeatedly to send different emails which the claims team won't accept. This process has taken five months and I'm still without a date for my pension to be paid.
I have since been told that emails to ReAssure are pointless as they don't read them and will not accept them as a form of communication. In this day and age, I find this to be utterly ridiculous and yet another excuse for poor service.

Contacted ReAssure to make a name change on the policy, since I was divorced almost 25 years ago and reverted to my maiden name immediately. I did not revert via deed poll and, since my ex-husband was dangerous and abusive, had no access to the divorce documents after my mother died and they were lost. I was told explicitly in the very first call, that was escalated to a supervisor, that an exception could be made for me if I provided the requested ID documents, which I did immediately. I have subsequently received 3 more sets of identical documents in the post, requesting the same ID documents, and an email with a link telling me I *must* submit the missing document that I do not have access to. As of today's call, I will be escalating this now to the complaints department and, if the issue remains unresolved, to the Ombudsman. Trying to access one's own money, with absolute proof of who one is and where one lives, should not be this hard. Also, this is not an "umprompted review". ReAssure literally sent me a link, while I was on the phone with them yet again, to post a review.

I would give 0 if i could.
Great company it seems from the reviews for investing. When trying to take your money out its a different story. We are over a year does the line and still no sign of funds. Multiple complaints submitted with no acknowledgement. So the effect if the 8 weeks complaints procedure is non effective. DO NOT PUT MONEY IN TO THIS COMPANY. Unless you want a fight on you hands to see it again.

It seems the agent i spoke misunderstood my request to send my paperwork by post.
Instead she did it her way by sending everything via email. Only found out after almost a week gone by.
I only agreed to upload my documents needed upon receipt of my original hard copy application. What a waste of time

I spoke to Rollo Sheridan with a simple query which he answered immediately. He then made a few suggestions and led me through your website which then opened up further discussions. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. 10/10 Rollo!!

It took several phone calls to resolve the issue, and yet the final amount was less than anticipated, without explanation.

I spoke to Rollo who answered the phone, Rollo was polite and friendly and put me at ease, Rollo talked to me in the manor I needed for me to understand, he answered my questions in a professional and timely manor.
