I found it so easy to open an ISA account and transfer money into it.

Excellent service, good interest rates for savings, easy bank to navigate online and if you run into any difficulty the phoneline is run by very helpful staff- thank you.

I'm a long term investor and experience is generally good until recently. I tried opening a new account on my app ( I hadn't seen the website only warning as it wasn't displayed on the app) I got locked out as a result. My phone call to reset my log in was handled promptly and efficiently. I do find the website annoying to operate as I am always timed out the first attempt whilst inserting memorable data and have to repeat ( drop down menus aren't good for speedy entry) The app is speedy as biological input works promptly.

Been with RCI for some time, slick and efficient, what else do you want.

I decided to transfer an ISA from another bank as it had matured and the new rate they were offering me was very poor. RCi was offering a really good rate for a two year ISA so I applied. My application was accepted within a day and my ISA was also transferred within a day. The communications I received were excellent. I am very happy with the way my application and transfer was completed.

I was trying to open a 2-year fixed term cash ISA partially using funds already with RCI. The application though requested that deposits should be made from my linked account, rather than by internal transfer. This resulted in complications in transferring funds from and back to my linked account. A call to Customer Service resolved that problem allowing funds to be switched internally and satisfactorily.

I had a problem with a previous ISA provider. RCI were very understanding & everyone i spoke to - yes real people - were very helpful. They kept me informed by emial every step of the way.

Found it very easy to use. Not like other ISA programs I have tried .I am 77 years old and find it hard to use other programs. Thanks .

Already had a savings account with RCI and have just opened a 2 year ISA, everything about the whole process was smooth and easy, the app is very easy to use and the auto copy/paste feature for using the account details in another in another app is a great touch which makes life easier too, very happy to recommend RCI to anyone.

On completing an ISA transfer request on-line from another provider no transfer had been effected on the due date. A phone call to an RCI advisor found that a transfer form had not been downloaded and submitted. The advisor was very helpful and guided through another application since the original one was out of date. The application screed requires amendment since the transfer form download instructions are well after the application is submitted and no indication at that stage is given that a download is required The advisor was very patient and knowledgeable and the interest rate offered very competitive.

Good interest rates, on-line bank functions well, opening accounts simple and maturity instructions completed as expected. We have had several accounts over several years and have had no issues.

Top bank, what could say to them other than keep up your high standards and thank you. This is my third two years plus with them, highly recommended.

Just updated my maturity options on my maturing 2 year bond. Split the money between 2 accounts. Website works well & found doing what I needed was easy & straightforward.

Following maturity of a 2 year fixed savings account I decided to reinvest the funds in RCI again as their rates were competitive with other providers. The whole process was easy and on the two occasions I rung to seek clarification from staff on the process, I found them to be patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Additionally no long waits on the line to speak to staff whilst being subjected to tacky musak! I commend RCI for their excellent customer services' provision and their clear online information. My only gripe is that I was logged out about 5 or 6 times before I had completed my business. Whilst I understand that these measures are there for security reasons, it is frustrating and stressful for customers who have already passed security checks to access their account to be then dibarred after a short while. RCI, please consider granting a little more time for your customers to complete their business online. Thank You
