Great company to work with. I've been with RawHost for over a year now and while there is some room for smaller improvements, I do recommend RawHost for their customer support, infrastructure and overall experience.
If there is 1 thing I'd hope they change in the future then it'd be the setup time for your server. They still do this manually and should resort to a new solution to automate this process.
Been using them for almost 2 years now, never had any issues with them or any downtime. The only time I needed to use their support regarding an issue was when I couldn't find my way around cpanel which was my own fault. Wouldn't ever choose another company as have no reason to.

Very Good customer service, Vps did take a while to build but for the specs they run and for the amazing price it is worth the wait! my webhos took 2 mins after purchase to be able to use. A++ im satisfied with my purchase with raw host and will continue using them
setup time is awful...i wish i went with another company bc they did NOT give refund afterwards!!!
