Excellent replacement installation from Aero Ev.

Aero Ev were contracted by Ohme to replace a faulty charging unit. Jack the Engineer arrived early & completed the installation in good time. He had to replace the isolator unit as well as the charger unit. Jack did an excellent job & everything working well now.

A spectacular installation experience with Nick

Nick from Aero EV came over to install my Cord EV charger the other week. He was very prompt, very kind, polite and thoughtful throughout the process, communicated everything as he was doing it and did an absolutely beautiful job! I'm very happy with the installation!!

Honestly Nick was absolutely amazing, very friendly and we got on very well, and he even helped me with a couple of other jobs on the house out of the kindness of his heart before heading off to his next job!

Thanks so so much!! I really hope you're doing well!! Fantastic job!!

My EV charger installation Outstanding

My EV charger installation was organised by Pure Drive. I had the digital paperwork within 48hours which was returned quickly along with the requested photos. A couple of days later I had a date for installation. The young man, James, arrived at 9.30am from Doncaster, I live in Scotland. After surveying the job and offering advice the route for the cable was agreed but it would be a two man job (H&S again). The following week James and Jamie turned up at 10.30am and work started immediately. The work continued until 4.00pm and a problem was encountered with the WiFi. This was eventually address and my car was being charged for the first time, the guys left at 4.40pm to travel back to Doncaster. Unfortunately, a further problem arose a few hours later. An email to them the following morning had Jamie ring me immediately to go over the problem and I was told James would be dispatched the following morning, he arrived a 9.30am after "catching" and hours sleep at Scotch Corner. He worked until 2.00pm and was not going to leave until I was satisfied. The problem was a rubber one App from Pure Drive, James spent a lot of time on the phone to them. Throughout he was polite, cheerful and courteous and any company that has staff get up at 5.00am in the morning and travel over 200 miles to sort a problem has my admiration and gratitude. Many thanks guys, your help is much appreciated.

Nick installed our SALUS EV charger…

Nick installed our SALUS EV charger yesterday(Thursday) and he did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and right from the very beginning he was very friendly and polite. It's was raining and cold but the installation went smoothly and he cleaned up after the installation. He finished the installation within the time very professionally but had an issue with the connecting to the app. Instead of just leaving it to me to sort it out, he stayed (almost an hour) to sort it out. What a dedicated guy….Thank you nick.🫡.
Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks so much.

Terrible after sales service

Terrible after sales service, they never answer emails. Three time my system has stopped working. Ohme replacing under warranty and appointment made as it keeps blowing the breaker box. Had phone call at 08:30 asking if I had the replacement unit, like I have a pile in my garage! Told by the fitter he would pick on up and return about 09:30.
Had message in the afternoon saying that replacement hadn't arrived, now changed to 4/12/2025. Don't blame the fitter but the company couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery. Why send fitter out without the part he was fitting? I have had no charging since 6th November. Hopefully all will go OK on 4th, but not holding my breath. There must be something causing the breaker boxes to fail.

Avoid!!

Avoid!!! Cancelled twice 30 mins after both appointment was meant to have started. Turned up and he has hit a water pipe and destroyed my daughter playroom. Both walls have to come down, Plummer has had to take ceiling out . Flooring ruined / belongings ruined. The guy tried to run out the door. His supervisor Joe doesn’t even have the decency to take a call as the guy here said he refusing to speak as he will speak directly to pod point. Absolute joke . They will be paying for this. Also whilst water was dripping out of sockets he still tried to carry on installing .
