Absolutely amazing after being scammed once buying a pc NOT him & stung being sent by another seller with basically a paper weight the second time around. I done my research and this guy went above and beyond for my son and all his needs and wants around our set budget and no time effort or advice was spared. Always a message away to help with any questions I cannot thank them enough for finally making my sons wishes in pc form come true and build something that is quick, reliable and affordable. I was looking for a PC for my child who wanted to play specific games but within a specific budget.
I had looked at a few companies such as a Bedrock gaming but knowing nothing about PC’s so I joined a Facebook group for advice.
After learning a little more about PC’s and learning about Amazon PC’s and Bedrock Gamins PC’s I soon realised that most of the ones they advertise as ‘suitable for first time buyers’ are just out of date systems that would useless in a few years.
So I was recommend NeonRigLabs by another member of the PC community. I had no intention of purchasing a custom built PC at this point but figured it was worth chatting to NeonRigLabs about my requirements to see if they could give me an idea on why at I would need.
After lots of helpful advice I decided to bite the bullet and buy a custom build from them.
Being hesitant with online transactions I approached this with caution but felt very reassured the entire way and was offered alternative payment methods etc.
The whole process was simple and NeonRigLabs answered every question I had, and trust me, there were A LOT.
Together we agreed on a suitable budget, and the right type of build that would suit my needs but also be something that I could upgrade over time if needed.
They were more than helpful!
I got my device just over a week after ordering and was kept in the loop the entire time with what was being ordered and how it would be used when the PC arrived.
Upon arrival and installation, I still had a million questions, all of which were answered quickly through our chat.
For someone who knows nothing about PC’s, I was guided through the set up piece by piece and now it’s all up and running and looks amazing.
Even when I run in to other issues outside of their mandate, they have always been happy to answer my questions.
Overall, the service was great, very helpful and patient, the PC works great and looks amazing.
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone wanting a PC. Don’t go pre built. Get advice from those who know and buy from somewhere like NeonRigLabs!

This company seems to be using a person called James mackintyre for reviews the page is fake and the picture of the dog is from Google although he might make good pc's beware that his reviews are not genuine and the person james even states hes a promoter from the company in his Facebook page
