Great in person service
Really helpful and accomodating staff, realised I could collect my bike in person so rang Rapid Scooter and changed my order. Bike was assembled, charged and ready to go. They talked me through the essentials and made me feel confident with my new bike.

Bargain priced e-bike, delivered promptly
Bargain price for the e-bike I bought. Haven’t seen that price anywhere else. It made me a bit nervous but in 3 working days the bike was delivered and it seems all good, so no worries.

Regarding the G2 Master, the model does come with a firmer suspension setup from the factory, not something our staff have control over, as it’s designed for mixed terrain and heavier riders. However, we completely understand that suspension feel can be very personal depending on riding style and comfort preferences. We’re genuinely pleased to hear that you were able to fit suspension units that better suit your needs and have improved your riding experience.

Don’t ever trust this people
Don’t ever trust this people, avoid at all costs, they are liars and very dishonest all of them, once they took your money the will became your worst enemy, they have no word, and if i have read the reviews before spending my money on them I would never do, if you can’t trust peoples words then you will always loose, and will take your money your time and you will be stressed, not worthy, and i pay more expensive so I could get from a store, big mistake. Avoid because not honest people.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations, but we do want to provide clarity for anyone reading.
You placed your order on 20th October for in-store collection. As explained multiple times via live chat, email, and over the phone, we require 3–5 working days to transfer the product from our warehouse and assemble it safely. This timeline applies to all customers we do not rush assembly because safety checks are essential.
Despite this, you insisted on collection sooner than the agreed timeframe. Our team including Steve from Live Chat, Fred from Customer Support, and Sanj at the store all repeated the same information clearly so there was no misunderstanding. Unfortunately, the conversation became increasingly difficult, due constant shouting and using unacceptable language and we were unable to meet your request for faster turnaround.
For that reason, we refunded your order in full and cancelled it to avoid any further frustration on your side.
We always aim to be transparent and fair. Our goal is to deliver products that are safe, checked, and correctly assembled never rushed.
We wish you the best and hope you find the right bike elsewhere.

Great eBike retailer
Just used RSM to buy an Engwe bike, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was a bit hesitant spending that amount of money at first, but the staff helped at every step, and reassured me.

Delivery was quick and the bike is great quality only issue I had was with the charger plug as it's an adapter for us/EU to UK it was very loose fitting and fiddly to get to work however a quick trip to my local home bargains sorted it with a new adapter
