I would definitely recommend Rapid response. Chandan responded to my request for a quote for a new boiler straight away, it was clear and well priced and I had my new boiler within a few days. He and his crew were very conscious of taking every covid precaution for our vulnerable family, which was deeply appreciated by us. He left our home very tidy and i heard him tell his crew that they must leave our home as clean as it was when they entered. Chandan explained everything I needed to know and he was polite and professional at all times.
The follow up care he provided was much appreciated. I only have good things to say about the service we received from Rapid Response.

On Christmas Eve water on tub wouldn't shut off completely called rapid response and they gave me a time and came out as they said. I received very professional service and a reasonable price especially with it being the day before Christmas.

Chandan came to repair a leak and then replace a safety valve which was furred up. He was reliable, friendly, reasonably priced and knew what he was doing. What more could you ask for?
