Very unprofessional process for booking an appointment.
Then the tradesman never showed up.
I chose this business based on the good reviews. I was very surprised at the lack of service.

An emergency call out to fix our boiler - they turned up on time and fixed the boiler. Had the replacement parts in the van. Nice guys and a job well done. Thanks.

I needed a new boiler & Rapid Response put one in for me during the Christmas holidays & with just a couple of days notice. Everything was perfectly done & the boiler is excellent & very easy to use. Their quote was a little higher than another one but they could come quickly & so was happy to pay the extra. JP & Sagar were the installers & did a neat clean job. Their boss, Chandan was excellent in making sure that I was happy & assured me that whenever I needed their help, they were on hand - they are a family run business which I like as they are all working for the same goal. Just as an aside, I need a new fridge & JP & Sagar very kindly helped me to move it from a very tight spot & it took them quite some time which was a very kind gesture & not anything to do with installing a new boiler!

Plumber arrived at weekend within 2 hrs of call at arranged time. Identified problem immediately (cold water taps not running or toilet cisterns filling, water pump was constantly on). Fixed issue quickly, thoroughly checking system and found no replacement parts were necessary. Charged expected call out fee. Very happy with service.

Rapid response, solved my issue, very professional and friendly attitude

There were here an hour after I enquired to replace and install an old broken boiler. Perhaps the fastest service I’ve ever received of anything. I’ve had slower deliveroo orders. The lads were lovely, professional, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain everything to me. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

The engineer came within the said time he was knowledgable and therefore able to assess the fault and rectify the situation within a short period of time. Which then enabled the boiler to kick start. Very professional and confident he offered advised and a concrete alternative. Very pleased and satisfied with the service. Will highly recommend.

The two guys that came from Rapid Response today to help me with a blocked outside drain were incredibly professional, as well as polite and helpful! They worked quickly and made sure that any mess was cleaned up. Highly recommend this company!

The engineer turned on time and was competant in his job

Within two hours of ringing to report a fault with our heating we had a very nice engineer out fixing it. Can’t ask for more really.

I have worked with Rapid Response Plumbing & Heating many times. The owner and his team are responsible, respectful, and reliable. They have done a stellar job replacing my boiler and many fixtures, as well as helping me work out how to address other household issues. Nothing bad to say. I suspect these people write their own glowing five star reviews and delete the terrible ones. No matter how desperate you are NEVER EVER call these ripoff merchants. Sadly on Trust Pilot there are a lot of fake reviews which are. designed to trap suspecting customers. BE WARNED!

Excellent job done. I was let seriously down by another engineer, but he had the part and installed it on a Friday night and got we got water and heating for the weekend. Thoroughly lovely guy too. Very much recommended.

Called out Rapid Response Plumbing and Heating to come service my boiler I spoke to Chandan to book my service for my boiler as it was due and was given a date and time to when he would come out and service the boiler and on the day off arrival he called 1 hour before he was coming to me and gave me the best service ever I would highly recommend this company as they are very professional and very good at what they do.
