Good if short transaction delays are acceptable.
It takes awhile to get comfortable with the delays in transfers of funds which aren't there with many accounts outside the platform and being confident that an instruction is being acted upon, as seeing "pending" actions in the app takes a bit of familiarity with looking in the right place. Rather than use the app I found the excellent email notifications more useful in providing reassurance that instructions were being acted on.

Because I already have a transaction account there was no need for me to go through lengthy and complicated loops to open a new account. I have previously had applications to providers disallowed because my passport photo wasn`t up to scratch.

Excellent Savings Experience
I have been saving with Raisin for many years now, thanks to Martin Lewis. They have great savings products. They are extremely competitive in this field and everything is so straightforward.
