Train packed like sardines and stopping at every train station on earth , and to top it off the train broke down and we had to change trains which was already packed. A 1:25 minute train ride took 4 hours of hell .

The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I used it to make seat reservations for my group of 6. I had a little issue but was able to resolve it on my own so I was happy with the process.

No clear instructions about where to meet the bus, confusing and missed my bus. This impacted me by paying for another train fare-expensive and train cancellations without notice!

When I needed to show the ticket to the conductor you had logged me out of the app, so I could not show the QR code.
When I bought the ticket, you did not let me use a convenient payment service, I had to get my credit card out, in a busy railway station and type in the details.

We road from Nice France to Ventimiglia, to Cuneo, To Turin. The train trough the alps was great. The train from Cuneo to Turin was terrible. None of the cars had air conditioning. This was unacceptable.

It is an inconvenient that you cannot chose the seats for a first-class trip with the "seats choice" option paid for. You have to contact the carrier (Austrian Rail in my case) which is very slow in answering emails. Being in USA contact by phone is pretty difficult.

We could not find the tickets for our return trip to Germany which were booked and paid for. No matter how much we searched the internet, they were very well hidden. And then we got the App. And then we found them. Not everybody is that technically efficient and it would be sensitive and kind to acknowledge that there are more direct and easier ways of booking; especially for the older generation. There are still plenty of us around, a lot of whom have the money and time to take holidays.
