Don't buy RAFOW 4-in-1 Milk Frother…

Brought the RAFOW 4-in-1 Milk Frother on Amazon UK last year. All seemed good and then the motor started to freeze (After about 4 months) and I had to manually turn the frother to get it going.
It then happened again and this time it wouldn't move. I emailed RAFOW 24/7 Support regarding the issue and I got answer back asking for a video. As, I was doing the video, it suddenly started working again. I emailed the support people to let them know and they said if it happened again to let them know (I also had there extra VIP Warranty of an extra year).
The same thing happened a couple of times and then last week 12/07/26 it froze completely. I placed another call to 24/7 Support and this time nothing. Been like that for a week now and I have emailed 4 times and with a video. So, I suppose that's it no support and the Warranty is no good either.
Don't buy electric products from RAFOW, as you won't get anywhere
