I totally agree with you. I placed an order 16 days ago. Got no updates no tracking order nothing. Just like you i notice they are active on Instagram but I get no response. Then I searched customer reviews and saw only yours. I'm not happy spent alot hoping I would receive it on time for my daughter's birthday. Save your money.
They are unresponsive once you place the order. There is no customer service, no order tracking and no response to the inquiry.
I had placed an order 18 days back and have dropped emails, Instagram DM and tried to call their given contact number, nothing works.
They seems active on Instagram and also been posting stuff there and even deleting comments below their posts if you try to enquire.
Overall I would not recommend such a seller
