As well as being probably the largest suppliers of petrol and battery chainsaws in the UK (including Stihl, Husqvarna and Echo Chainsaws, Domestic Petrol Chainsaws and Professional Petrol Chainsaws), we also carry huge stocks of petrol and battery pedestrian mowers, ride-on mowers, strimmers, brushcutters, blowers, vacuums, hedge trimmers, chippers, shredders, lawn care systems, two wheeled tractors, rotavators, cultivators and much more… large workshop on site to service all types of garden machinery and repair. This is the first time I’ve had a problem.

This is the first time I’ve had a problem with Radmore&Tucker. They are usually very good. But somehow they got my address wrong! I paid for a next day delivery and to be fair they refunded the cost of it. DPD who are also usually good let everyone down with their systems. It took three days to receive the order. The product was fine.

Excellent customer service

Radmore & Tucker were excellent.I ordered a product that was back ordered and asked them to call before they dispatched it to ensure someone could take delivery. Sure enough the note was added to the order and I received a phone call when they got the product in stock to arrange a suitable date. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a Stihl chipper and it turned…

I ordered a Stihl chipper and it turned out that they had just stopped making them. Amy in accounts went to a lot of trouble to try and get me one, kept me informed of the situation and when it finally became clear one could not be sourced. Very promptly refunded our account. Very impressed with her attitude approach and conduct.
