I ordered a Stihl chipper and it turned out that they had just stopped making them. Amy in accounts went to a lot of trouble to try and get me one, kept me informed of the situation and when it finally became clear one could not be sourced. Very promptly refunded our account. Very impressed with her attitude approach and conduct.
