As Usual - Excellent service
The product I wanted was available immediately. I chose to collect from store rather than take the free delivery.
I was a bit suprised that the Stihl Blower was provided loose rather than either in a box or assembled but everything was present and it's just what I wanted though it took a little while to work out how to assemble it.

Long delivery
The climbing spikes I order are brilliant and there is a great selection on the site. The only thing that let them down was delivery which took 16 days. I have bought item from them several times but in future I will have to factor in a two week wait for things I've ordered.
