I had excellent communications with the Customer Service team and the delivery was prompt. I haven’t actually looked at the item yet because it needs to be installed by a plumber, but I’m sure everything will be fine.

My main gripe is that the item is listed with the brand name 'Euco Therm' and it's specified as having a 600mm width, this is not true. It should have said ’to fit a 600 mm radiator’ and been honest about the actual useable rail width. I’ve measured the available portion of the rail, i.e the section of rail available to hang a towel over and that is 490 mm. If you count the portions that sit within the end brackets/housings then the entire item width is 530 mm, however neither of these is 600 mm! The problem with selling it as a 'Euco Therm' item is that it hides that fact that the brand is in reality 'XIMAX'. So its being passed off as a different brand and you can get this Ximax item on Amazon for £12... I bought this hoping it was a higher quality item than the Amazon one but it's identical, and Amazon gives a much more accurate width of 525mm. I asked for a partial refund from Euco Therm but this was refused, though, belatedly they said I could send it back for a refund, however by this time I'd assumed I was not going to get a response and had fitted it to my radiator and disposed of the packaging so this was no longer an option. The Customer Service person I dealt with was helpful and engaged with my concerns but unfortunately her offer to refund the cost of the item if I posted it back came too late, - as I'd assumed I'd not get any further response and by then not got the original packaging to be able to return it.

Customer service staff were very helpful in getting a radiator delivered next day. Very happy with product too.

On-line system said it was in stock, but when ordered was told it was not in stock and may take several weeks. Fortunately it did come back into stock the next day, and was despatched and delivered promptly with no other issues.

When I ordered the radiator they were quick to respond telling me there would be a delay in delivery and giving me the option to cancel or choose something different.

The radiator arrived earlier than expected after all.

The item was superbly wrapped. Not yet fitted. Staff very helpful. Late delivery but that was Parcelforce.
