I had a very positive overall experience with Quzo UK.

My order initially arrived as a partial delivery — only one item was delivered on the first day. I contacted customer support, and the issue was handled quickly and professionally. I received clear communication, regular updates, and the missing item was dispatched without unnecessary delay. The cost of expedited delivery was also refunded, which I really appreciated.

What stood out most was how seriously the issue was taken and how smoothly it was resolved. Even though something went wrong at first, the way the situation was handled gave me a lot of confidence in the company.

I’m very happy with the final outcome, the product, and the level of customer service. I would feel comfortable ordering from Quzo UK again and would recommend them to others.

Good price on some DRAM, delivered as promised

25/12 - purchased a HDD for 356.13
29/12 - my order is cancelled with the following reason given: "Unfortunately, due to a system error, they were marked as being in stock. I also contacted my supplier to see about obtaining further stock, however, they aren’t able to provide an estimated date for replenishment due to supply shortages throughout the entire supply chain."
30/12 - despite the chain-wide supply issues, 7 units of the HDD in question are back in stock on Quzo's website, except now it is priced at £1,295.13, more than 3 times the original price from just 5 days ago

Can't recommend doing business with a store which will cancel your order and lie about it whenever they realise they can sell the item to someone else for 3.5x the price.

I had a lovely experience with this company! It was a smooth purchasing journey (buying a Christmas present for my parents), it arrived extremely quickly and I then received an email from Richard himself wanted to ensure everything was okay with my order. I can’t recommend this family run business enough! ❤️

Great company to deal with. Item at a great price with quick delivery

Product unexpectedly arrived in 2 days! (Albeit via DPD courier which are the worst).
Customer service is satisfactory. Desktop website is user friendly but could be more aesthetic and vivid. There is an ‘Ask a question’ box at the bottom which users can raise queries about a particular product, but mine wasn’t responded to so a bit disappointed.
Was able to search for what I need without hassle and at a bargain price as well. Will definitely be purchasing from here again in the near future especially when the sale is on.

I bought an Alienware AW3425DW from Quzo and I am honestly happy with this monitor and the service provided by the store. I've been looking for this specific monitor for a while but everywhere I looked prices seemed way to steep until I stumbled upon this website which in my opinion had fair price for the monitor and an amazing service.

Found the Gardina 30M retractable garden hose at a great price including free delivery. The purchase went well with Quzo keeping me informed up to the point that the delivery company took over. Received timely text/ email to keep me informed and in the end it was delivered at the earliest forcasted time. Very happy with the product and very happy with the service from Quzo.
