I placed an order for a Phillips light with fan on July 6th and paid extra for priority delivery.
I was then somewhat surprised to find that delivery would "take place between the 13th and 16th of July"- priority? I think not
I had booked an electrician to install the light but had to cancel when the 16th came and went without a delivery.
It's impossible to speak to them on the phone as you're told " everyone is busy dealing with the website so I can't put you through"
I suspect however that if I'd asked to place an order, I'd have been connected.
Message sent via email has equally been ignored and it's looking very much like I'll have to speak to the credit card company ( thank goodness I didn't use a debit card) to get my money back
Awful way to treat customers, they're clearly keen on taking your money and keeping it - and the goods too

Just been told that an email had been sent to advise they were out of stock- not true as no such email was received - and yes I was monitoring the box and spam
Interestingly there was no suggestion of an immediate refund -no prizes for guessing why

Bought a PC power supply. Ordered on a Monday. Delivery the day after just before 1300hrs. The item was exceedingly well packed and consequently no damage whatsoever. A brand new item and works brilliantly.
I wish all companies where as professional as this.
Would definately buy from them again. A++

Where to start with these lot... First I order a UPS from Quzo.co.uk on the morning of 06/03/2025. Money goes out my account and to them via PayPal.

I check the order status throughout the day, nothing seems to change.

I send them an email on 07/03/2025 at 5pm asking when it'll be dispatched. No response.

I continue checking the order status page which now says it's been handed over to the courier, but underneath that it says 'Preparing for delivery' I send an email to their support address on 11/03/2025 at 5pm. No response.

I send another email on 12/03/2025 asking when it'll be dispatched. No response with no change to the order page.

On 13/03/2025, the estimate that it's due to be delivered, I get an email from support staff, who is probably the owner, telling me '...the payment did not go through and your order was automatically cancelled.'

I respond telling him I have emails of the receipt of payment via PayPal to his company of the amount of £407.30. He continues to lie and tell me the payment was cancelled and proceeded to tell me he can't sell something for free, when he is the one who cancelled the payment?

At no point did Quzo provide a single shred of reliable evidence to support their claim that the order was 'automatically cancelled' (7 days later??) and that the payment failed, despite me confirming with my bank that it was the merchant (the mendacious Quzo Cowboys) who revoked the payment.

This company is a fraud. It is clear the owner cancelled my order and payment several days after taking my payment, then decided to lie to me and tell me my payment didn't go through.

On top of all that the owner increased the price of the item to over 2x the amount I had paid on the website's listing.

I even contacted Chase, my bank, and they even informed me that the merchant cancelled the order. As you can see, Quzo UK CANCELLED my payment. Then lied and told me the payment didn't go through. Would you really trust a company who emails as the owner but signs off with a different name?

Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Response to the mendacious fraudster: Don't listen to his lies. No one was trying to get anything for free whatsoever. You can clearly see I made the payment of 407.30 GBP. YOU cancelled it. Then you increased the listing for over 2x the original price. You have provided no proof, not a single sliver of evidence that substantiates that the payment and order was both 'automatically cancelled'. And for reference, this 'automatic cancellation' was made seven days after I even submit the order. You are a chronic liar.

Searched online for best price and Quzo was lowest of all. The free next day delivery was a bonus. What’s not to like?

Great family run company with excellent customer support and service for all your computer needs. They really care about their customers which is very rare to find in todays fast pace retailers.

Ordered a rug doctor cleaner - must have been dispatched the same day.
Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

The correct product arrived quite quickly I might add, in perfect condition and worked straight away without any problems (I have had wrong items sent from another retailer before) but thankfully not this time.

Absolute shambles of a company, ive never felt so let down by anyone before. ive asked for help on multiple occasions in relation to a faulty product i have been sold. i keep getting passed around like a hot potato and no one seems to want to help me. this is absolutely diabolical service. i shall never deal with this company again. it is wrong how they are treating their customers.
Ought to really give their heads a wobble!!!
