Product unexpectedly arrived in 2 days! (Albeit via DPD courier which are the worst). Customer service is satisfactory. Desktop website is user friendly but could be more aesthetic and vivid. There... See more

Hassle free
The whole experience from start to finish was so straight forward and easy. Quality product at a great price then the delivery all these things added up to a hassle free great transaction.
Best value around
Delivered on time.
This particular type of ink has shot up in price since changing my printer, but this was the best value by far
Quick delivery
Quick delivery . However I'm in my seventy and need it installed. Is this something you can help me with
Even though the expected delivery when…
Even though the expected delivery when ordered was 5-7 days, received my order very next day. It was a very pleasant surprise. Unbeatable prices, very less than retail prices for items I ordered and looked.
Quzo's ineptitude
I ordered a Verbatim TB2 memory stick on 20 February via Amazon and paid in full immediately. I was informed that the item had been dispatched to the courier on the same date. The expected delivery date was 23 February. A tracking number was supplied.
I had received nothing by 25 February so contacted Quzo. The tracking number was totally incorrect, so the item was untraceable. In an email sent allegedly by the founder of Quzo, on the same date I was told he would be investigating the matter with the couriers.
On 27 February the same inidualsaid the couriers could not locate the item in their main warehouse, and so the order was cancelled.
Later that date I received a message from Amazon stating that my address was undeliverable. This is a TOTAL LIE as Amazon have delivered numerous items that I have purchased via them.
IF I COULD GIVE QUZO A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD DO SO.
The response below does not make sense at all.
Had the vendor sent the item to the couriers, and the couriers had lost the item, which is allegedly what occurred, the vendor has a legitimate claim against the couriers.
On this basis the vendor should have claimed against the couriers and sent me, having clarified the situation with myself, a replacement item.
Frankly this smells like a 3 day old fish and is nothing but smoke and mirrors.

Shop with confidence
An AI steered me towards Quzo, and I'm glad it did. Nice price, good packaging, very swift dispatch, and the latest revision of the motherboard I bought, which I was glad to see. Happy to recommend - you can shop with confidence.
Watch Batteries
Easy to deal with, delivery only took a few days and there was no delivery charge, plus the added touch of a little chocolate with each order, I would recommend Quzo UK based on my personal experience.
Wrong monitor sent
I saw all the majority good reviews on trust pilot and was convinced I found a gem but... I ordered an Acer Predator XB323QKV4 (31.5" 4K 320Hz) and was sent a completely different 27" Acer Nitro monitor. I'm currently waiting to hear back from their team but I'm leaving this 1 star review here for now as I'm very disappointed. It could just be a slight mistake from their end. If so I'll edit the review depending on the outcome.

Absolutely dreadful encounter
Absolutely dreadful encounter. I initially placed a monitor in my cart, priced at about £170 with a Valentine's Day discount. Just two hours later, the cost unexpectedly increased to £221, suddenly reflecting a supposed RRP of over £290 prior to “discounts.” Inconceivable. The same monitor is available from the manufacturer for approximately £220, exposing this price surge as deceptive. Such manipulative pricing seems almost unlawful and utterly unethical. To aggravate the situation, no customer service contact is available to address this issue. It's an appalling display of opacity and lack of customer assistance.
First class Family company.
I was looking to purchase an Astronomical telescope, having decided the make and model, i checked multiple outlets and was particularly impressed with this company, especially customer feedback. The advertised price was very competitive. It duly arrived within days and although i have not been able to get outside to get the full experience yet, i feel very happy with the unit. Quzo have been excellent, particularly Richard the owner, in keeping me informed, and offering extra help and support should i need it
Easy ordering process, quick delivery, item as described. Recommended.
Flymo Easilife 250 offered for a great price. It was easy to order and was delivered quickly as described. Recommended.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I added a monitor to my basket at around £170 with a Valentine’s Day discount applied. Two hours later, without any warning, the price jumped to £221, suddenly showing an RRP of £290+ before “discounts”. Unreal.
The same monitor costs £220(ish) directly from the manufacturer, so this artificial price hike is clearly misleading. These kinds of price adjustments feel borderline illegal and completely unethical.
To make matters worse, there is no way to contact anyone at all to raise the issue. Shocking lack of transparency and customer support.
Calls are answered by real people…
Calls are answered by real people without having to navigate lengthy option lists; also emails receive replies from individual staff with appropriate responses to queries.
I would rather purchase tech from a relatively small reseller whose prices are as competitive as the big corporate resellers (or better), both on principle and due to the ease of contact and personal response.
Great price
Great price, prompt service and no issues. The monitor itself has developed a fault, but this is being dealt with by Dell; no complaints for Quzo service and happy to recommend
Thrustmaster TPR Pedals
The pedals were very well priced. Delivery was prompt.
The pedals arrived well packed and in perfect condition

Needed a monitor for the new pc I ordered and saw this company had stock of one of the recommended LG models. Simple ordering process, good comms regarding payment dispatch and delivery. I would definitely recommend Quzo.

Dispatching was quick and the product I ordered was very well packaged. Communication was also great, hence why I'm leaving this review.
