Great products, great customer service.

I have used, and gifted, the micro infusion facial system and have found the products to be high quality and simple to use with easy access to instructions and support. There was an email glitch which I questioned and their response was timely and addressed my concerns completely. My experience is that Qure values their customers, the products are high quality and they go the extra mile to assure your satisfaction.

I ordered the micro skin system may 22 2026, to this date June 14 2026 I still have not received it ! Customer service said it won’t ship out till June 24 , very disappointed. Thinking about getting a refund and going with another company - would have loved to try this product because of the reviews - but ……

I received this item on 6-13-26
And I decided not to use it product, So I went back on the website to download the return label, and All I got was a bunch of reasons why I should not return the Item giving me a hard time, so I finally got my return label and with that I also was told that I would be paying for the handling fee, the shipping fee and the restocking fee. So I will not be getting my full refund of 100% as promised in there ads. And remember I just got the package haven't even opened the product and I'm already losing about $ 50.00.
DONT EVEN PURCHASE IT IF YOU THINK YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE IT.

DO NOT buy from this company

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered the LED mask bundle and NEVER received the mask. The company promised to make it right, sent a second tracking number and a week later I received water filters - AGAIN no mask. They tried to offer a third time and I said I wanted a refund. It is now seven days later and five requests in and they still have not responded or confirmed refund. I will be disputing with my credit card company. AVOID

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with needle head on the first treatment and a few days later, decided to email about it. I received a prompt, detailed reply, followed by several more emails to ensure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I also REALLY appreciated the personal replies from a real person - not AI generated. This is how you earn and keep business. Well done!

Missing piece

My experience with customer service could not have been better. I had an issue to report concerning the product I ordered and was immediately contacted back. The representative was so helpful and saw to it that my issue was solved.

Great Experience

I had specific questions about their infusion product that I purchased a long long time ago. I was asking their advice on certain things and it said they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours and it was less than 24 hours that they got back in touch, answered all my questions and I am so looking forward to using the product.

Customer service

Although I haven't had the chance to use the skincare product yet due to having Sculptra sessions, I wanted to share my experience with the customer service team. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. It's refreshing to receive such attentive and professional support. Based on my customer service experience alone, I'm very impressed and looking forward to trying the product
