First package arrived damaged, awaiting replacement
First package (6 month supply microneedling) arrived June 13 with 7 leaking serum vials. Contacted customer service and sent photos of the damaged vials as requested. Received an email on June 17 stating that a replacement (3 month supply) was being sent and tracking info would be provided once it was shipped. Still no tracking info after 6 days. Contacted customer service again and was told the order was “sent to the warehouse” but not yet shipped. Now waiting for a follow up call or email “within a day or two” to provide information on the status of my replacement order.
Unable to review the product at this time as I will not use product that wasn’t properly sealed.

The mask and the Décolletage System…
The mask and the Décolletage System came before the expected time, I couldn't use it for the first 2 weeks because of a treatment I was going through, wgen I started to use it I couldn't make the Décolletage part to function, I was a little disappointed, however I syarted the return/ replacement process and Qure' team help me right away to fix the problem so I can enjoy my product, is very easy to use.
I have only been using it for a couple,of weeks now, i will review again after 12 months.

You'll see results within 6 weeks or less and they continue to get better
It's quick & mostly painless, some describe a velcro, I think it's a little "spicier" than that, but it goes away quickly. I had professional MN last year it didn't last long and was very pricy. What I have spent on Qure for 6 months was what I paid for a single tx. I notices a slight improvement after the 3rd tx, after my 5th tx A coworker just asked if I'd lost weight or changed my diet because my face looks slimmer (I haven't) and my daughter said I look younger. The lines are less I feel more confident, wish I could post pictures.

Their customer service is fantastic. They genuinely strive to help you resolve issues, and while it might take a day or two to respond, they’re always quick to share good news.
The mask itself is okay, but it’s quite expensive and only lasts a couple of years. Mine, for example, never travelled with me and was handled with great care, yet it still stopped working.

I have used, and gifted, the micro infusion facial system and have found the products to be high quality and simple to use with easy access to instructions and support. There was an email glitch which I questioned and their response was timely and addressed my concerns completely. And I decided not to use it product, So I went back on the website to download the return label, and All I got was a bunch of reasons why I should not return the Item giving me a hard time, so I finally got my return label and with that I also was told that I would be paying for the handling fee, the shipping fee and the restocking fee. So I will not be getting my full refund of 100% as promised in there ads. And remember I just got the package haven't even opened the product and I'm already losing about $ 50.00.
DONT EVEN PURCHASE IT IF YOU THINK YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE IT.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered the LED mask bundle and NEVER received the mask. The company promised to make it right, sent a second tracking number and a week later I received water filters - AGAIN no mask. They tried to offer a third time and I said I wanted a refund. It is now seven days later and five requests in and they still have not responded or confirmed refund. I will be disputing with my credit card company. AVOID
