Exactly what I wanted and expected from a cleaning service! I booked an 8 hour full house clean (2 specialists each working 4 hours) and they got through more than I’d expected. I have a 4 bedroom house which they cleaned from top to bottom (all except spare bedroom, which was my request). The skirting boards, inner window frames and internal shutters were also left looking spotless. Highly recommend and am on the wait list for a more regular cleaning service.

I hired Queens of Clean to make a deep clean at my house. They got it done with no fuss, everything is now super clean. Setup was well organized, they showed up as planned and completed everything within the agreed timeslot. I have now also hired them to make a regular fortnightly clean.

Jason arrived on time as arranged. Thorough cleaned the 2 carpets which now look like new.

Jason cleaned our two sofas this month and did a fabulous job! The sofas were in desperate need of a good clean after years of kids with sticky fingers and a dog climbing all over them.
Will definitely be booking again to keep on top of the upkeep. Thanks again!

I’ve had a few different cleaning services, and rate these ladies the “best”

Very disappointed with this company. I booked an end of tenancy clean and the service fell far below expectations. Some areas had not been cleaned at all, the toilet was left dirty, and some walls were damaged with paint stripped. The team also arrived late and left early with unfinished work and no apologies.

When I raised these issues, the response I received was defensive and unprofessional. I would not recommend them for end of tenancy cleaning.

Our experience with this company was absolutely appalling!

Firstly, the cleaner arrived late. Upon arrival he didn’t apologise for being late instead he trampled mud through our house - not a great start and unfortunately things just got worse!

The cleaner asked if he could use our downstairs toilet and of course we said yes. He left our toilet filled with faeces and toilet paper covered in faeces. The owner/director of the company that I have been in communications with has blamed us and is refusing to address this issue with the cleaner. The irony of our house being left in this way by a “premium” cleaning company!

Finally, the overall clean is very disappointing. Marks were left all over our carpet which the cleaner assured us would come out. A rushed job springs to mind!

The company has taken zero accountability and the customer service we received was awful. We are so disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone!

I've been using Queens of Cleans for my holiday let changeovers for over a year now, I've always been very impressed with how clean the property is after the girls have been in, it's taken a lot of stress out of running our holiday let as they take care of all our linen and replenishments leaving us to focus on the guests. They are always very accommodating with last minute changes to guests reservations and we have received lots of great feedback on the cleanliness of the property from guests. Highly recommend

Had the lovely Kelly & Abbie round when they first starting out, very professional, arrived on time, and did an absolutely incredible job! I was amazed by how knowledgeable they were and the results were incredible! Would highly recommend, we have had the girls round and they do a fantastic job every single time!
