Oh dear. I bought a pair of size 8/42 shoes got a size 3/38. Need to return them but looked at reviews so not holding out for much hope. They might surprise me and if they do ill update my review. Sometimes buying online just isn't worth it ☹️

I placed an order that stated 100% guarantee return if I was not happy.
The items arrived, looked nice enough, but did not fit. On one item, the neck opening was way too small- I couldn't get it over my head, the other 2 just didn't fit correctly. Upon my return request, I was told I could keep the items for 50%. Why would I keep items I wouldn't wear? When I said I wanted to return them for a complete refund, I was informed the shipping charges would be on me- to China- they said- costing me around $40 $50- and that was without insurance that it would ever arrive. I checked with the post office and they quoted me over $60, which was half of the total of the order.

Do not buy from this website it is a total SCAM. The clothes that arrived look nothing like the photographs, they are a completely different style and are horrible quality. I feel a fool for falling for it, please dont make the same mistake.

SCAM!!! I’ve ordered a dress on the website that claimed 30 days money back guarantee. The item arrived and was such a bad and poor quality that I’ve decided to return it. I’ve been emailing the company for weeks now and no one ever reply and no instruction for the return as well. They took my money and disappeared, the email is jumping back as not existing.

I really give ZERO stars!
Don’t order with this website. They scam people. Shoes have a very loud smell of glue!! Quality is awful and cheap! They won’t refund my money. I’m gonna dispute charges with my bank!!

Avoid this seller. They are a scam. The quality of their product is shockly poor. AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I WAS OFFETED £5 BACK FOR A £50 PURCHASE. NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS EITHER.

I received pair of shoes ordered 13/04/26.Wrong size, not same image as advertised, smell of glue. No invoice. I've emailed them my dissatisfaction. Looking forward to return the parcel and my hard earned money back. Such companies shouldn't be allowed to advertise their business. It's broad daylight scam!! I was do naive not to read reviews first. They're terrible .

Absolutely awful quality & no way of returning the item unless I accept a 10 or 15% refund. Do not recommend buying from them.

Do not order from this website!!!! The dress I ordered is not the quality the image appears as!!! The dress has no buttons or snaps to hold it closed. The fabric is cheap and wrinkly.

As others have reported the shoes are cheap, nasty, arrive in a plastic bag and mine were all the wrong size. There is no returns information anywhere and the website (only set up in 2026) is a total scam. I bought six items intending to send some back so have lost A LOT of money. I feel like an idiot but hopefully others won't fall for it.
Claire Thomas Boutique was advertising on Pinterest but I notice the same shoes are now being advertised by 'companies' with made up back stories: The Collins, Get Holly Fashion, Jess & Co. the list goes on.
How do we stop these scammers...?

BEWARE- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a pair of shoes which were £65, took ages to arrive, they never responded to ANY emails, they eventually did arrive in a plastic zip lock bag, the wrong size and are totally cheap and nasty, I've messaged the company nonstop and not one reply as I need a return address and a refund. I don't think this company is legitimate and is a SCAM I'm taking it further and investigating them through my bank.

Shoes turned up in a jiffy bag had a vague resemblance to original image no return add or invoice.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Dress I received terrible quality packaged into a tiny bag so a wrinkled mess. Would not even want to try to iron as quality so inferior would be frightened it would melt. Website says 30 day guaranteed refund but there are no details how to return! Link does not open. Emailed twice but no response.AVOID.

The item I received did not match the pictures or description on the website and was of much lower quality than expected.

When I contacted customer service, they only offered small partial refunds (10%, then 15%, then 20%) instead of a full refund.

Returning the item would have required shipping it back to China at my own expense, which is expensive and risky.

In the end, I had to accept a partial refund, which is disappointing given that the product was not as advertised.

Be careful when ordering from this shop.
