THIS IS A SCAM!!!
I wish I had read thes reviews before I wasted my money. Everything they said is true. This is a scam. I ordered something for my son in November, to give as a Christmas gift. I never did receive the product and my e mails have gone unanswered. This was a $50 loss, but a good lesson learned. I should have checked this out in advance. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Quartzily scam
Ordered this product at the beginning of November and still haven’t received anything. Tried to contact them but there’s no phone number just an email. I’ve written two times and never got a response. I got probably scammed! Unfortunately it cost me 78$ because I bought two moons for my children. Don’t buy from Quartzily!

Stay away from this company! If I could give it zero stars I would, Products are poor junk. Ordered a moon lamp. It is nothing more than a big plastic ball that ocassionally lights up. Contacted customer service and got an email back that made no sense at all (they are in China). Horrible experience and a total waste of money,

I ordered November 3 and still waiting remained in China for over a month according to the tracking , they did respond although will not reimburse me. It is now showing in Canada and blaming the postal service although I have purchased from California in December and got parcel within 7 days. Would I deal with this company again NEVER. Buyer beware

They dont even deserve 1 star! Do NOT order ANYTHING from this company. It's so true. I ordered my item on November 24th 2018. Its December 19th and my item says it's in the public of Korea. I cant find out any more information because there is absolutely no customer service. I'm seeking legal action.
