Really poor and disappointing user experience
I would not recommend this company to use at all.
I set one a free QR code for my wedding day as a way that guests could upload pictures as they take them on the day.
I found out during the day that the code didn't work so I went online to see why and I then had to purchase a subscription for some reason in order for it to work.. I paid for what I was told would be a monthly plan in order to get this code to work.
I was then charged the full amount for entire year without notice and the QR code continued to fail.
I not only lost out on over £100, I also missed out on many priceless memories from my special day.
The customer service team were extremely unhelpful, no understanding and a complete lack of clarity. Consistently making excuses for their failed code and trying to out the blame on me rather than take accountability.
I requested a possible refund which was refused even despite canceling within the 14 day period.
Not even an apology from them. I would not recommend this site to anybody unfortunately.

They didn’t let us know it was only a free trial to start and that we had to pay annually to keep our qrcode. We were under the impression it was a free creator.

NOT free FYI
This was the top result when I googled "free QR code generator" but I got notified less than a week after creating my codes that they would expire if I didn't pay for a subscription. Subscriptions are only billed on a YEARLY basis so even the basic one costs over $130. If you don't pay, the codes you created and printed won't work anymore.
