DO NOT USE - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Like everyone else. Misled into an annual subscription for a service that is free most places. Awful AI customer service. This company has been set up to fleece people. DO NOT USE. Very dishonest and disgusting company. I wish I lived near them!!!!!

Be very careful when using this…

Be very careful when using this service. In my experience, the annual subscription was not made sufficiently clear during the sign-up process, and I was surprised by a charge of approximately €175.

After discovering the charge, I contacted customer support multiple times to cancel my subscription and request a refund. Despite repeated emails, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution, and I was charged again a year later.

The product itself may work, but the lack of transparency regarding subscription renewals and the poor handling of customer support requests have left me extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

We always send out a reminder email 30 days before your subscription’s renewal date, which means you have at least 30 days to cancel your subscription if you do not want it to renew. If we don’t receive a cancellation request (via support or your dashboard) at least one day prior to the renewal date, your plan will renew automatically. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind.

Please note that this process is described in our terms and conditions, which all customers agree to during sign‑up.
