I just joined Pure Telecom Broadband and and excellent customer service. So far anyone I have dealt with was above and beyond helpful. And so easy to get through to speak to someone unlike other providers who will remain nameless. There router is plug and play and so easy set up. I was talking to Daniel in tech support. He was so helpful. Lets hope it continues. Other suppliers have alot of catching up to do. 😊

The worst Internet company to deal with. They left us without Internet for 6 months, myself and my wife spent countless hours on hold trying to talk to people, no one took responsibility or ever rang us back unprompted. It was a soul destroying experience. Avoid at all costs.
Great service and customer support. They are fast also to deal with queries.

Today I had to phone Pure Telecom as my TV furthest from the modem could not connect to the WiFi at all. I was fortunate that I connected with Daniel who went to great lengths to reset everything that was wrong with my setup and restored reception to all of the devices in my house.
I am very grateful to Daniel for the patience he displayed in our lengthy engagement and I would go so far as to say that this has been the most rewarding customer relations encounters that I have experienced in an age when it seems that nobody wants to pick up a phone and actually help. Thanks Daniel.

Resonably priced Fibre broadband service. Also good support from their support team.
Highly recommend.
It would be nice if they renew the contract with the same pricing rather than me to hop to another provider after the 1 year contract ends.

Rachel was so helpful, she was able to tell me when the service would be restored when I called about an outage in my area. The broadband was back up and running long before the estimated time. We've been with pure telecom for years and only had 2 outages in that time, extreme reliable service, highly recommend.

Very frustrated with the information the customer care team have been giving me. I've been charged an extra €12.34 late fee a number of times even though I have paid later in the day it's due or on occasion two days later. I've let Pure Telecom know ahead of time and asked that payment date be changed to align with when my salary goes into my account. I am switching providers as a result.
I have contacted customer care but still no reply.
I emailed pure Telecom again this morning 22nd and still no reply. Beyond frustrated at this stage.
