What can i say, Daniel was so helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. While my issue was a simple fix,i could not have sorted it with out his (Daniels) help. Its a definite 5 stars from me. Kind regards ....

I’m in the process of changing…
I’m in the process of changing provider, had a few technical issues and spoke to Daniel who had it sorted immediately with good humour. I have been with them in the past and have always had a positive experience, it’s just great to speak to an actual human who actually knows what they are talking about and doesn’t treat you like an idiot.

Incompetent billing, unauthorized charges, and a €3 "solution."
I explicitly instructed Pure Telecom in writing during onboarding NOT to activate my service until the start of May to avoid a double-billing overlap with my previous provider. Instead, they ignored my instructions, forced the activation 3 weeks early in mid-April, and billed me for it anyway.
When I emailed to dispute it, they sent generic copy-paste responses before ghosting my thread entirely.
When I called, they promised a callback that never happened. When I called back again to push the issue, I was told a manager had approved a "credit" of €3. An absolute insult when the disputed unauthorized charge is €21. To top it off, they slapped a €10 "administration fee" on the account for not paying a bill that I had formally disputed in writing weeks prior.
This feels like a predatory tactic betting that consumers will get tired of chasing them and just pay up. I will not. If this is not fully resolved with the unauthorized charges removed by Tuesday, a formal file is being opened with ComReg under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Avoid this company.

I'm asking why was this not offered before..it appears you are employing staff on line that don't know anything a bout the Internet .. telling me it was perfect on there side..
Do you realize what I as a OAP has spent with your company for a desperate service

Would have stayed if the price didn't go up after the 12 months. Easy setup, quick connection, easy cancellation process when switching. Helpful, Irish-based customer service. No complaints.

Spoke to Samantha regarding coming to the end of my current 12 month contract. She sorted out a renewal that keeps me paying the same as I am at present. Very efficient, helpful and friendly in contrast to some other companies I have dealt with in the past. A benchmark service, highly recommended.

Such amazing customer service from Pure in the last 2 weeks. Fibre was cut and it was fixed in 2 days. Very short wait times on calls and when you do speak to someone they are so helpful and so constructive. Super experience
