I placed an order on 12/4 that has not been filled. Company has given me a few different excuses for the delay, but product still has not even shipped. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

They were great to do business with until recently. Amazing quality products, however, my last 2 orders were never delivered and although their customer service is being nice and polite the company has been totally unwilling to take steps to make this right. Also the website is wrong it's purerawz.co not purerawz.com.

I placed an order on December 12, 2023 and the last tracking update was December 13 stating awaiting item. I’m making this review on December 31 with absolutely no product and no communication. I’ve requested a full refund, the shipping cost were outrageous to begin with the product itself was $43. My total ended up being $66.66 with this kind of poor shipping, this is not a reliable company. Scam.

Scammers. Do not order from them.

I have waited a month for PureRawz to ship my order. During this period, I have been in touch with them on numerous occasions. Each time they have falsely assured me that the order would ship within a matter of days. About a week ago, when they gave me the same runaround for the umpteenth time, I demanded a firm shipping date or a full refund. I have not heard from them since. I just checked the order, and it has still not shipped.

FYI, so you know who you are dealing with. I once contacted their customer service via phone, the guy that answered told me he was sitting in South Africa not the US and he also had the accent to prove it. Furthermore the customer representative behaved very strangely to the point very I suspect he was on drugs. He then proceeded to give a fake tracking number for a package that never gets picked up by the courier.

Don't order from them.
A complete joke of a "company".
Takes ages to send ,and then months to deliver because they use the worst couriers on the planet.

You can contact me directly and I will prove I haven't received my product for 3 months....
Then they offered to resend it,however 2 weeks later didn't ship it yet.

Seriously,buy somewhere else.

Never shipped my product. Took my money and won’t refund my money. They’re a scam. Don’t trust this company

Not sure what is happening. Purerawz used to be legit. They would get my order to me within two weeks. My last 3 orders have been very difficult. Took months to arrive. And now my last one I’m just getting the run around.

12/14/23 have a tracking number. Looks like it finally shipped.

Last time I did receive three of the same orders after 6 weeks. They just kept showing up. So I guess I made out ok.

PureRawz removes negative reviews under their products. I ordered and completed a peptide cycle bought from them and felt no difference. They do not send purity testing results with peptides. Wrote a negative review under the listed peptide and they removed it. Shipment is VERY long, items aren’t shipped until two weeks after placed order. Even then I had to keep emailing to ship the order. Scammers.

Ordered BPC-157 like others was sent a tracking number but the mail provider always says they never received the item. I contact customer support they tell me to provide Venmo information for refund. Then magically the package arrives at my house the next day when I threaten to cancel the order. Don’t do business with these people they are sketchy and I’m sure their product is as well I absolutely won’t be using this it will be going in the trash. Also mind you I made the order on Nov 7th and didn’t receive until Nov 16th again after I started complaining I’m sure if I said nothing I never would have received anything.

Placed an order on Nov 7th 2023, following day I was provided with shipping/tracking information. I was lead to believe it would ship right away. Now a week later still has not shipped. I reached out and lady Brianna refused to cancel my order since tracking information was provided. I stated nowhere in their policy does it state that. She than said they are working on shipping item and should ship this or next week. Not to mention the actual arrival time. Stay away from this company!!!!! Order was finally canceled. Now let's wait for a refund. I also have screenshots of conversation would be nice to upload here.

Bought $400 (3 vials each of two products) of injectable SARMs for a stack, and one of them causes intense burning during injection. The other didn't so it's not my technique. Their response to my request for advise was that the product may have been too concentrated, and offered to send me sterile oil to dilute the product. Huh? Two issues with that. Oil will make the product more viscous and require a larger bore needle, so not optimal. However, the larger issue is that they have no idea what the actual concentration of the product is, so they cannot recommend a dilution ratio to achieve my targeted mg/ml. When I pointed out those issues, they went dark and now refuse to engage. Hard to dispute a Venmo charge and PureRawz has zero interest in helping. Won't even exchange the unopened vials for a different batch number. STAY AWAY.

PureRawz isn't passing my "stink test" anymore with a non-business Venmo, fake customer support number, fake Alabama address (with no city...but with a Manhattan zip code), 50+ ineffective automated emails, a broken website and a myriad of customer support excuses repeated (as though dealing with bots) trying to convince me that their credit card capability is hit-or-miss but I can Venmo a person, take a screen shot and send it in as proof of purchase...

I'll pass.

Ordered the 4033/677 combo on their site. Unfortunately, this isn't great and the quality control from this company is now of concern to me. 1) The 4033 is overdosed and the 677 is underdosed, so I use half a capsule a day and supplement with liquid 677. I only got these because I've never tried a capsule or powder before, so figure I'd just give it a go and adjust. 2) As far as quality goes, it mostly seemed fine, until I went to pour half of one out and a chunk of .... something, as hard as a rock, came out of the capsule. It was orange and sharp, and about 1/8 the size of the capsule... like... what... the... fudge? Anyways, I'm seriously glad I've been splitting the powder in the capsules or whatever that was would have been in the digestive tract. Also, it's now happened with FOUR of the capsules. The compound seems to be working fine, but will I ever order from the company again? No.
