They say they can ship to Canada. They take your money, then I get a letter from customs that I ain't getting my order. Apparently they don't even try to make it seem like something legal being shipping, has their stupid name all over it, so it's just instantly seized. Customer support then says, "did you buy shipping insurnace? (since it is not an option on the order, obviously no) sorry, we can't do anything about it. We do like your money though, thanks!"

Well I would let you know how their sarms are but i honestly wouldn’t know it’s been 2 weeks and i haven’t even got a tracking number yet awful company order from anyone but them

Great scammers I paid an order since April 8 on PayPal from support tells me they have not received my payment and it answers me more, scam alert

So I ordered some stuff from them a couple weeks back.

When the package came to my local post sorting facility, they needed to se an invoice to properly tax the contents. This had nothing to do with the items being legal or not, simply for taxation.

I explain this to Purerawz customer service - so many times, to different CS people - and they are unable to provide me with an invoice that I can send to the post office.

They basically tell me its better to let it be returned, and then I have to pay the 15% (!!) repackaging fee.

Some nerve, huh?

Then they block my IP's so I can't access the website any more.

Safe to say I won't ever order there again, and I highly advice you don't either.

Thieves hacked my wife's credit number back in February 2024.we didn't order anything.ever since we have been trying to get our money back.we have been getting the run around.dont order from this company.

I placed order in FEBRUARY..... have I gotten it? NOPE! I was referred to them by a respectable source. This experience has left me $300 lighter and a certain driven purpose to get to the bottom of the scams.

They become one of the biggest scammers.
Don't get me wrong, it wasn't always like this. I wonder what happened.
My order was shipped ages ago. I never got my products, spending almost $300.
No one answers the chat anymore. No proper email conversations are possible.
After politely bothering the chat, they blocked me from the website completely.
It's disgusting what they are doing to people these days.
Everyone should stay far away from those criminals.

SCAM - my Post Office has opened a Federal investigation against these slimeballs. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST !! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED !!

How does this scam dump get any positive reviews at all?
They suckered me 6 weeks ago. Luckily I started with a small 2 bottle MT2 order.

I'd be careful. Website is well constructed and they had decent reviews elswhere from reputable sites so they were my first choice. $400 later, no refund no product, no communication. Occasionally if I email I'll get a polite canned response, then the sound of silence. Since then I've gone with 5 other providers (I am heavily invested in research) for varying needs and had nothing but great service from the others. Shame, they really looked like a one stop shop.
Dont take my word, make your own choice. I'll do me, you do you. Start off light and if you want to gamble with them who knows, it might work out? Try calling their number maybe.

Funny seeing these one star reviews claiming PureRawz is a scam company. I have been ordering from them for over two years now without a single issue. Either these people got their stuff seized, didn't pay correctly, OR are flat out liars and are trying to actually scam PureRawz. Shipping takes a little longer but I have ALWAYS gotten my product and it has always worked great. All these dummies on here claiming they're going to sue the company and open class action law suits is hilarious. You are obtaining RESEARCH substances and think you're going to win. I have a feeling most of these "reviews" are from losers who are from other companies trying to hurt/stop PureRawz because it's their competition. Whenever you order supplements online ESPECIALLY when it's not normal supplements, it's a order at your own risk type thing. Obviously you people don't comprehend that and think you can cry and complain and make up garbage to get your way....boo hoo. I have been using PureRawz and will continue to use PureRawz because I have NEVER had an issue.

Ordered some research product. Email communications from vendor was on time. They provided a tracking number. Product arrived on time, and as expected. No issues at all.

You do have to jump through some weird hoops to pay, but I have dealt with similar payment processes with other vendors of this type.

Why all the negative reviews, I am not sure. All of them are dated in the same time frame as my order and delivery.

Too early to tell about the product specifically, but I expect positive things.

Ordered a few products in January. It's about to be April and they have yet to give me a tracking number or even any reason as to why my order is approaching 3 months late.
Stay away from this company. Despite receiving orders in the past, they seem to be scamming now.

They send my package to the wrong address, and USPS returns the item, so they lost my package. I lost $160 and they don’t answer the e-mails now. That’s scam.

Edit again - this is literally the day after my first edit. They refunded me my money AND sent me my order free of charge.

Placed an order for 2 items in January 2024, it is now end of March and I still have received neither products. Initially, they stated that 1 of the products was on shipping delay. A subsequent email a month later stated the same. You would think they would at least send me what they have to make good on their end. Nope, still waiting. They offered me a discount on a subsequent order without providing a discount code of some sort. It doesn’t really matter because I would never order from them again. I requested a refund and crickets…

Customer service is disgusting. They just dont respond, i paid 3months ago and i didnt receive anything. Stay away from this scam website.

I ordered this 3 months ago and they NEVER processed a refund or sent a product. I have sent COUNTLESS emails and SAME response every single time! Our team is working on it???? Now I have to do a chargeback at my bank. Ridiculous!! STAY AWAY!!!!

My expierence to start was poor I believe I ordered around end of october . I waited 2 months for my order and when I called they said they were behind due to another company going out of business. This led to all those customers coming to purerawz. Since then, I have gotten the order. I have also ordered to more times since then and have gotten my order in a very timely manner. So, yes, they should have emailed everyone about the delay. But I applaud them on quickly getting their affairs in order and getting back to delivery in a timely delivery. Now as far as the product, I order nootropics and have been happy with the product.
