I placed my order January 24th and when I received the order confirmation it did say they were running 3 weeks behind on shipping. I gave them the 3 weeks and then I reached out. They were helpful and told me it showed in their system that it had shipped but they could also see the tracking hadn’t updated. Someone emailed me and apologized for the delay and offered me a refund via Venmo, which I accepted. Nothing of crucial significance is linked to my Venmo. 8 received the refund immediately when I sent the info. Got an update today, 2/23, that it was delivered and in my mailbox and sure enough. I was very worried after reading all the reviews but everything on MY end was fine, the were up front about a delay and they offered the refund. And I still got the product. Depending on the potency of the product, I will absolutely be purchasing again.

I’m still waiting for my goods to arrive after nearly 7 weeks. I was promised they’d be here in 5-10. Communication has been abysmal except where I initiate it.
Do not believe what you read in their sites re: shipping and be prepared for excuse after excuse.
Buy somewhere else folks

Shipping is extremely slow. It took an entire month if not a few days longer. It did arrive. Purity confirmed. I think others reviewers may have had their packages seized.

Do not buy from this company - they turned into a scam. It is going to be 3 months and my order is not here. They sent emails apologizing for delay and last email stated I got the shipment 6 weeks ago, then back to apologizing and asking for order number again. They're trying to delay in order to keep you money without sending your order. File complaint with BBB, FTC, with your credit card company, get your funds asap and move on.

They scam you and take your money. And they keep telling you it's a backed up abd shipping is going to happen soon. For weeks on end. Going into months they lie and scam you, offer you some free supplement. And then that supplement is backed up and behind in shipping. I hate this company. I am seeking legal advice. But that will probably be a long drawn out process. At least it will be with actual professionals. Not a company Taking hundreds of money from people.

Scam company. They’ll take your money and they won’t deliver. Placed my order 1 month ago and it still has not shipped. Fortunately it was a small order that I’ll just write off as a loss and use as a learning experience.

REACH OUT TO ME IF YOU WANT TO JOIN LEGAL FORCES TO CLASS ACTION AND GO AFTER THESE STOOGES. I am sadly in same boat as all others here. These guys are cons. Heavy accents and run the place like the Jiffy Park in Seinfeld. They always have a backlog and talk about "departments" but I imagine a bunch of losers in an apartment and the "finance department" is the guy in the bathroom and the "returns department" is the guy in the kitchen. They claim to write things on paper and need to show it to each other and those trips to show each other paper seem to take months. They are arrogant and I would not estimate more than a combined IQ of 85 (generous) among these imbeciles. When I informed these morons that I filed a complaint with my State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, I stopped hearing them lie to me that they were "working on it". Now I hear NOTHING and dont have a refund. So now my Life's mission is to shut them down. It's not about the money at this point (I have cost myself so much more in the time I have spent) but it's the principle. And I don't quit when you push the kind of buttons that these amateurs are pushing. They may have just messed with the wrong consumer...I am relentless and I have the resources.

Look the place is total BS, scammers or not. Dec 27 order, going on 4 weeks now, no nothing. They keep saying they are getting caught up with back log of orders. What kind of company gets that backed up? Total nonsense. I see someone referenced PayPal. Small wonder they stopped using them as payment for my Dec 27 order, only shady payment systems. I should have known better but I got sucked into all the phony reviews they have posted everywhere. Well you got me PureRawz. We will see if I ever get my order, PureRawz got me for $100. I doubt there is any way I can sic some authorities on them but I will research that in another week. There is that federal law about 30 day cut off in the US or a refund should be issued.

This company is aweful. Ordered on jan 2 still nothing!They anser quick but nothing happens. So disapointed

Stole my money I ordered November 27th and they still haven’t shipped my item. They legit stole my money. They’re websites looks legit and that’s how they get you with their fake reviews. Damn shame.

took 8 weeks for order to arrive same experience as everyone else with fast emails and no results. now i’m concerned i’ve just bought rubbish.. i heard this company was legit but maybe they’ve got new owners either way try somewhere else

This company is a fraud stop ordering almost a month since order and no delivery. Scam Scam Scam. Don’t buy from them if you are a victim put as many reviews in as possible to keep them from stealing from anyone else.

I ordered on the 18 of Dec and still have not received product still say item has not been pick up this serivce is a scam

I ordered a $1000 worth of peptides more than a month ago and I never received the order. This website is a complete scam and they are doing this to everyone. Check their Reddit of FB page before you make a purchase

This place is a complete scam now even if you do get your product how can you trust that the product is legit it takes over a month to ship to you and they make all kinds of excuses up.. definitely would not even gamble with your money here

I left a not so great review the other day after five weeks of not receiving my order and no updates on tracking. I knew for sure I was being scammed and to say I was pissed off would be an understatement. Just a minute ago I got a notification saying it had arrived at my post office. Just this morning the tracking number still said label created and nothing else. I haven’t tried it yet obviously, but to those of you wondering if you’re going to get your order, it took me exactly five weeks but in the end they did come through for me.

They used to be a Great company not sure what the hell is going on but been corresponding with many people who keep promising my order is on the way. Its been close to a month now and still nothing except a tracking number for a package the USPS says does not exist. Shayne, Elizabeth and Brianna all reply and tell me the same thing with no order resent or refund of my money.

They are selling bunked products. It used to be legit but no longer trustworthy. It took them 6 weeks to ship my order out and while being late, they would not issue refunds.

I ordered almost 2 months ago and never received my order. They keep giving me the run around, so I asked for a refund. Now it’s been 3 more weeks with no refund. They answer all emails but won’t refund the money. This place has become a total scam. Don’t waste your time or money.
