You are all so helpful and ready with suggestions , at the moment I am trying Barney on salmon only as I have been feeling the rice in the turkey dinner is not agreeing with him so far so good may just have to stick with salmon 😊

Excellent food for dogs. Has so much goodness in each flavour. My Frenchie absolutely loves the Turkey and the Game bags. Delivery is always on time.

Bandit loves his new food, he is very fussy but we keep changing the flavour's every month to keep it interesting for him

The food is really healthy and obviously incredibly tasty as my 3 dogs love it. It is tailored exactly to their weight, allergies, whether they need to gain/lose weight or maintain.

Staff are very efficient and helpful and easy to reach.

They send a little gift, like a ball, with each order and even a birthday card!!

Good honest customer service,from start to finish prompt,efficient,no matter how big or small your enquiries are,courteous and by far the best company I have dealt with.

My dog used to be less than enthusiastic about his food but he licks the bowl clean every time now! He clearly finds it delicious, and it is quick and easy to prepare. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is that I am still struggling a bit to get the delivery schedule right even whilst using the amounts suggested.

I can't speak highly enough of Pure Pet Food. My dog, Murphy, has been a very fussy eater since he was a puppy. He means the world to me and it broke my heart to see how much he struggled with food. His dinner time was always difficult and often he's go without food - even after begging and bribing him. Then we tried Pure Pet Food - and what a difference! He eats every bowl with no fussing - he even has to lick the spoon for good measure. It's changed our lives to know that Murphy is getting a nutritious and delicious meal everyday that he truly loves. Two years later with Pure Pet Food and we still have a licked clean bowl every night!

Always arrives promptly, great personalised packaging and pup loves it. Birthday card any treats a nice touch. These guys have got product and service levels right.

My pooch loves the food, his poos are regular his weight is maintained at a healthy level. He looks really healthy and he’s a happy chap. Delivery is fab and if I do need an order delivering earlier it’s processed super quick. Highly recommend

Really easy to use - I've changed my delivery days & the amount I receive with no issues. Delivery is reliable. Wolfie loves the food & the fish treats are his favourite. Overall, a very positive experience since day 1.

Jeff used to go off his food, especially in warm weather, but if I’m not on time with his Pure he comes and finds me. He loves it, and is doing very well on it, with a lovely soft coat and a trim figure.
I’m very glad we decided to try it. It’s a wee bit pricey for someone on a tight budget, but it’s worth it.

Brilliant service where you can speak to a nutritionist. We have a giant breed and the amount recommended was no where near what he needed as he was underweight, now he is thriving and happy and his coat is so shiny

Holly loves her food and is waiting for the bowl to be put down licking her lips. Before she would only look interested for "human food".
Her digestion is now great and it would always be variable before, and, really importantly, I know exactly how much to feed her. All i need to do is pick her recipes so she gets a balance.

I’ve been really impressed with Pure dog food. It’s incredibly easy to store because it doesn’t take up much space, and it’s so simple to prepare. Most importantly, my dog absolutely loves it and gets excited for every meal.

The range of flavours is excellent, so there’s plenty of variety, and they also offer a lovely selection of treats and extras. Everything is reasonably priced, especially considering the quality.

Customer service has been outstanding too. On the rare occasions I’ve had a problem, the team has dealt with it promptly and efficiently, making the whole experience hassle-free.

Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pure to anyone looking for convenient, good-quality dog food backed by a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

The transition from a raw diet to Pure Pet Food was very easy. There is a great choice of flavours to chose from each containing a healthy balanced mix. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. I have seen an improvement in my dogs mobility since we switched. He is very happy and gives 🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴

Food dispatched early, doubled the amount and charged for it and because 1 email was missed the previous day £66. After going online to stop and return it due to not a lot of success with my dog eating it they don’t offer refund, £100 in useless food. Terrible service. Disgusting to double the pack size

Fraser is a Chorkie boarderjack, but thinks he is a Labrador! So he literally hovers up his food. His scratching has reduced but not completely gone, but as he is happy we feel confident that he is thriving.
