Easy repeat ordering, good quality product and my dog loves it and keeping him in great shape

My sweet little Maltese Dog had been suffering from Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth/Inflammatory Bowl Issues for months. He had Diarrhoea several times a day and I was at my Witt's End.

After some research I decided to try Pure Pet Food and to my utter amazement within days his tummy problems stopped and his stools became firm and he no longer felt the need to empty his bowels several times a day.

Prior to that he had been eating good quality dry kibble from well-regarded high-end brands which were meant to be hypoallergic and especially designed for sensitive tummies but they had no effect whatsoever.

He has now been eating Pure for a few months and I have had reason to contact the Customer Services Department several times for advice as I am trying to cut down the amount of Chicken that he eats because of the tear stain problems often associated with fowl.

Their Customer Services are some of the best that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, sending me free samples of other recipes for him to try and he is now able to eat the Lamb as well as Chicken and I am just about to receive a Salmon recipe to try as well, with the hope that I can gradually wean him of Chicken altogether.

They take time to understand a problem, give good advice, are very pleasant and certainly to go out of their way to help.

After all that, I would also like to add that he loves the food. I prefer to add significantly less water than stated on the packet so that it forms a firm cake which I can chop up and it gives him something to bite on.

Dogs blood sugar off the chart! Listed as a diabetic on the plan, and supposedly formulated for diabetic dogs....its not a good experience

My 5 year old black lab Clemmie has been thriving on Pure Pet Food for quite a long time now. I originally turned to them for help with her sensitive stomach issues and the recipes suggested have proved ideal.
I have always enjoyed excellent customer service and received the same high standards when recently enquiring about Clemmie’s brother Ziggy who has been diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumours. Daisy went above and beyond to help us make the best decisions going forward regarding Ziggy’s diet. She was totally honest in her approach and did not once suggest products that ‘may help’ just to secure a sale. Daisy totally recognised the need for a tailor made diet to support Ziggy in his cancer journey because Pure genuinely care about their four legged customers and their owners. For now Daisy has offered useful information on one of their products which we feel provides an interim solution while we explore further options. Thankyou to everyone at Pure.

I first tried my fur baby on pure over a month ago. He did have a bit of tummy upset at first which was to be expected,but now he loves it. 2 meals away and some treats he is doing well on it. Plenty of recipes which he has tried and enjoyed all so far. Well woth it as he doesn't leave any in his dish 😄

Tried my pooch on Pure and he unfortunately doesn’t like it. He’s always been a kibble fed dog and I think the softer texture is not to his liking. Which is really unfortunate as the customer service offered by Pure has been above and beyond.
They checked to see if he liked it and when told he didn’t, they sent samples of different flavours to try. Which I appreciated. But my sassy sausage didn’t like them either.
I tried all of the tips from their ‘fussy’ dog guide. Which is a great help tool but the didn’t work on this particular dachshund.
I even received a phone call to check up on how the samples went down, which I feel is too notch service.
All subscriptions canceled and a confirmation email with the details.
Sorry it didn’t work but thank you for the effort and care taken.

We had the same experience as many other 1 star reviewers. This company is a scam. We saw this company at the Royal Lancashire Show and agreed to what we were told was a one off trial purchase, we were told explicitly this would not sign us up to a subscription until we went on the website to order a full sized bag ourselves. We even repeated this back to them to confirm twice that this would not automatically sign us up to a subscription. The food smells disgusting and is very messy so we decided we would not be ordering any. Lo and behold £60 is taken from our account and a months bag of food sent which we were told could not be refunded as it had already been bagged up. We used our debit card to purchase a one off trial and our card details were basically stolen to set up a subscription we specifically stated we did not want. I am appalled at this company’s sales tactics. Even if the food was amazing I would cancel as the customer service and company dishonesty is disgraceful.

This is the only dog food I know containing natural ingredients. The food is dedicated to my dogs personal needs.
It's made a difference in her weight and bowel movement..
Needless to say my dog will only ever be on pure food.

Luna loves her food and loves Pure pet food, she literally starts pacing for her dinner and hour before, and whimpers to let us know it's dinner time, with her mouth drooling. Once it hits the dish it's polished off, to the familiar rattling of her dish as she makes sure she gets every last bit. There is no doubt she loves Pure

Advance notice on deliveries, so can change order if required, helpful advice about feeding quantities and most importantly the dogs love the food!

Nellie has renal failure and was often listless ,tired and had no interest in life .We put her on a recommended renal dry dog food but she would projectile vomit on occasions.
So ,I contacted ‘Pure’ , and a renal diet was made for Nellie .Nellie is well hydrated ,has energy and has the odd energy burst .Pure has made a massive difference .She is 15 so never going to run around the block but at least now she has a quality of life .I am grateful for ‘Pure’ , though I do think it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it to see Nellie enjoying life again .She has put on weight too .I would highly recommend ‘Pure’ if your dog requires a renal diet .

The dogs love the food. But I have to use more than the recommended 10 scoops per day to stop my lab from losing weight-and he doesn’t need to lose weight.

My main gripe is the delivery/logistics you use is unreliable. Delivery times are shown in the ‘track delivery’ page, then nothing turns up, then the delivery shows coming the following day.

I signed up for Pure as I could just about afford it and it looked like good quality food so worth a try. Unfortunately feeding my dogs the suggested amount resulted in my dogs losing weight quickly. I am now feeding my dogs almost double the initial suggested quantity and so it is costing me almost double what I was expecting when I first subscribed. My dogs love the food and never turn their noses up so I am reluctant to stop feeding them Pure and find something cheaper, but as the cost of living goes up, I’m afraid I might have to. I wonder if you have other clients who have found that the initial suggested feeding guide was too low for what their dog actually needed?
Other than that, the website is easy to use and delivery is quick and food is delicious so 10/10 for that but as for the cost of this food I’m afraid you are pricing a lot of people out

Easy to use service and our doggy loves her food for once! Great customer engagement and the surprise goodies every now and then feels like a bonus / nice surprise.

Stevan signed me up for this at Great Yorkshire Show. Top sales patter (knew his stuff) has been followed by top dog food. I bloody love it and so does the dog! Easy to store, easy to use and easy to travel with. Dog now had 2 flavours from his starter pack and loves them. Quality dog logs every time. Who knew I could get so excited by dehydrated dog food!
