As of yet we have not tasted but after a rocky start due to courier company loosing parcel the chocolate will be well anticipated and has been worth the long wait.
Now tried Dark Cherry Smooth Creamy requires just a tad more cherry. But wow being diabetic this takes it to next level. Added bonus Coconut flavour with addition of dessicated coconut just finishes this bar really a beautiful tasting bar. Thank you

Being plant- based with diet doesn't mean missing out on treats. I have found Pure Heavenly chocolate with many different flavours. I used to love dark chocolate but have found some plant-based ones rather bitter, but this one is amazing. Talha and the team ensured easy ordering and quick delivery at great prices and quality product. I ordered the 19 x 30 g mixed flavour box so they will last me a while. They are also low in sugar. Fantastic product and an amazing team.

Hey Tahla, Just wanted to send a quick message to say I’m super impressed with the chocolate! I’d been thinking about making an order for weeks, as have seen the ads on facebook but wasn’t sure if it was for me. Anyway, I took the plunge and glad I did.
By choice I follow a low carb/sugar diet but was looking for a little treat and now I have it. Still working my way through the flavours but so far the ones I’ve tried have been lovely and looking forwards to trying the rest!

I have tried all the flavours and they are all great but I have my favourite dark choc I have started a diet and this choc saved me 10 out of 10 there geniuses 😋

After one month several emails no response from customer service chocolates have still no turned up. No one answered the phone and no message machine working I feel like this company is a scam will never trust the reviews again

Received a phone call fromTalha, the Manager, some time after review a delightful gentleman who assured me that,after reading my review, he would find out exactly what happened to my orders and although my refund had been received a free box of chocolates were on their way. True to his word it appears the delivery address was wrong and the chocolates have now arrived, a late Easter present for my daughter. I have now changed my score to 5 stars because after a few hiccups that’s the service I eventually received WELL DONE TEAM

Never been so disappointed with a product.
I could not believe how bad it was after seeing the clip from the very popular TV show, endorsing the chocolate.
Chocolate? The old Friends show predicted this product, Mokclate did they call it?
An expensive mistake I will not be repeating.

I'm really surprised there are any bad reviews here. I ordered an assortment pack and so far have tried the Silk, Strawberry, Banana and Salted Caramel - I loved them all! This is hands down the best chocolate I've eaten and that's compared to all chocolate, not just "free from". The "free from" chocolate I've tried in the past has always been like a bad substitute for the real thing. Looking forward to Pure Heavenly expanding their range, hopefully they launch Easter eggs next year.

I am deeply disappointed. I'd hoped I could get this as a treat without adding to the sugar in my diet. You could barely taste the chocolate, and it felt like eating chalk. The dark was OK, at least compared to the 'milk', but certainly not so good that I'd be willing to bump my rating up to 2 stars. (1 seems generous).
The raspberry one smelled like paint, and tasted like it smelled.
This stuff was so bad that I have to assume most of the positive reviews on here are fake.
Peter Jones is a billionaire, so he must be able to afford better chocolate than this, so even his feedback seems fraudulent.
Needless to say I have buyer's remorse. For that price, which seemed reasonable at the time of purchase, I could have bought nothing and been *Much* more satisfied with the result.

I tried Pure Heavenly after seeing a Dragon’s Den ad on Instagram. I was very pleasantly surprised. Personally I think the dark bars are by far the best, with mint, orange, ginger and raspberry being my preferred flavours. It’s an excellent alternative to (normal) chocolate and feels like an indulgent treat when you live a healthy lifestyle and try to be sugar free. I now have a subscription and enjoy a bar a couple of times a week. Highly recommended.

Awful taste and texture. There are much better tasting Vegan chocolates on the market. Dragons Den was a complete marketing stunt, as after tasting this stuff you simply cannot believe their words. Taste buds don't lie, but people do.

I've had Pure Heavenly chocolate on a subscription for a few years now. I do enjoy the chocolate, but found it has declined a little in quality over time.

Recently like others I've had a lack of communication. The first time a type of chocolate was out of stock I was emailed asking what I wanted instead. For the past several months this wasn't the case. The first time I got a refund when it wasn't fulfilled, the next time I had to contact manually to have them changed. After that I wasn't contacted for a long time afterwards and then next thing I'm being charged again and received the chocolate twice. Additionally, in the second box of chocolate a few of the dark chocolate bars already had an opening in the wrapper which was deeply disappointing and I had to throw them away.

The chocolate is great for what it is but this experience has made me decide to swap elsewhere. Personally the biggest dietary requirement I have with chocolate is needing it to be dairy free, and given as I have the choice to have moderate sugar intake, I have decided to move onto other small brands of vegan chocolate that don't use artificial sweeteners to replace the sugar.

It was enjoyable and I do still like the chocolate, and I've heard the communication has improved, but for me (alongside the wrapper issue) it's put a rather large damper on the situation.

As a final note as well, I once saw on their FB page that they used AI to write recipe captions (Chat GPT was at the top of the caption, before later being deleted), and as a creator who knows AI used like this is tantamount to theft this is also something I cannot support.

As soon as I saw Stephen Conway on Dragons Den I thought he was great, and then when I listened to his story and about his product I started ordering straight away. The quality is superb and perfect for a type 2 diabetic, and I have been ordering ever since. Apart from the blip when the company sold out and moved premises to Birmingham (quite an upheaval for them), everything has gone smoothly and efficiently. Matt is excellent, sending me a free pack just because I enquired when the wonderful white choc would be back in store. So efficiently and enthusiastically courteous and a lovely guy to chat with. I have been receiving subscription orders for quite a while now and, like others, I had some issues with delivery and customer service towards the end of 2023. (Money taken but no chocolate delivered - said they were out of stock and I'd ignored email asking what alternatives I would like whereas I hadn't received any emails from them - said they'd been unable to reach me on phone when they'd never tried). However, they seem to have turned this around and orders are arriving on time and customer service is excellent. I'm so pleased as I love the chocolate!

Chocolate is my ‘go to’ for every life’s event; happiness, stress, sadness, holidays etc. However there is a price to pay for the amount of sugar & fat content unless you can bear to have the taste & quality compromised by poor substitutes. Not so with the Pure Heavenly bars, all the flavours therein without spoiling the thought of ramifications.

After having multiple issues with orders in the months leading up to Christmas and speaking to a couple of people who seemed extremely clueless.
I finally got through to a charming young man called Matt, he took the time to call me and we had multiple email exchanges. He really restored my faith in the company and has kept an eye on my recent orders making sure they arrive without delays.

I have been a subscriber now well over two years. I love the fact I can have some chocolate knowing I’m not going to be in agony after. I prefer the darker range. I wish supermarkets would stock it! I also like strong flavours like the orange and mint!
