Charlie is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Best place in Kent to buy your dog food. We need more small businesses like this.

Very friendly

Very friendly, unique selection of treats and toys you wouldn't find in a bigger pet shop. Natural treats. Owner and products met the pooches approval!

Pup Planet is THE place to go!

Ordering was super easy, loads of products in used to ordering elsewhere but so many new ones too! I think I’ve found my new raw food shop!
Communication and delivery arrangements all spot on, everything lovely and frozen solid still and a giant smile at the door.
Looking forward to visiting in store with our pup.
