Bought 8 blue shrims,received 10,thank you very much,they looked energetic,even in the box,very satisfied both from the delivery service and the quality of the shrims,banging deep blue!

All shrimp ordered so far have been alive , healthy and turned up in good time. They have been acclimated (first few, second few currently drip acclimating as I type this) and settled in well. Admittedly I don't see them very often as 5 in a 94 litre by themselves with the long standing population of ostracods, and a handful of snails and daphnia, but I see them swimming by and recognise the individuals so they all seem to be doing well so far.

The shrimp were packed with utmost care, shipped quickly and arrived 100% healthy and obviously a little hungry but who wouldn't be after travelling in the dark for a day or two haha definitely would buy again and advise others looking for shrimp to go here. Amazing service and little shrimp guys.

Incredible service throughout the process, including aftercare. James is quick to respond to emails, knowledgeable and very patient. I don’t have a large budget and managed to lose a couple of the beautiful Red Demon OE thanks to a male honey gourami fiercely protecting his fry - James was supportive, remembered me, and there was a surprise consolation in my next order. My Red Demons now thrive alongside a colony of Sulawesi Snow Zebras which are breeding relentlessly and which I also purchased from The Shrimp Factory. Delivery is incredibly efficient and I’ve never received a doa.

Ordered 10 snowballs. 1 unfortunately didn't make it but I had 12 in the bag. Shipped fast and packed well. Very happy, will be ordering again when my second tank has cycled. Healthy and active shrimp. Bought 4 sunset shrimp 2 weeks prior and they were all dead in 3 days. Won't ever buy from a fish store again. Leaving it to the pros.

Delivery company - I don’t think the delivery person knocked when delivering the parcel so it’s lucky I was checking constantly ahah

Arrived well packed and healthy sturdy little shrimp. I drip acclimatised before introducing them to the tank. within an hour they were out exploring and feeding.

I’m usually hesitant about ordering online for aquarium products as I’ve had some bad experiences. Unfortunately one of the bags had split in transit. James was quick to offer a few solutions to rectify the issue and within 24 hours a replacement was sent. The service was exactly what I’d like to receive and I highly recommend this brand and will use again. They are also really affordable compared to some others!

Initially there were issues with the order due to the heatwave and me using the Google Pay auto-checkout that messed up my address format on the order. But they were great at keeping me informed, super fast at responding to my emails and helping me out with everything. The shrimp arrived in great condition!
