Today, after playing more than £500 on this casino and only won £80 pounds I finally took the decision to self exclude forever from it. Not because I have a problem but because you will never win nothing good no matter how much you deposit . There’s way better ones where you win good prizes.

If it's no longer feeling fun, then you absolutely made the right decision to self-exclude. I 100% back that decision.
That said, the "only won £80" isn't quite accurate. A more correct way to put it would be that you only withdrew £80.
Looking at your gameplay, there were several times where your balance was significantly higher than your deposits (for example turning £10 into £111), but those balances were played down rather than withdrawn.
That happened more than once, so overall it's not really a case of "never winning", more a case of not cashing out when in profit.
Gambling is still chance based at the end of the day, but knowing when to stop is just as important.

Sorry to hear about the delay with your withdrawal. Most of the time, KYC is completed electronically, but in some cases (which we can't always predict in advance), a manual review is needed, for example with certain payment flags or transaction checks.
I understand it can feel like a bit of back and forth, especially when you're waiting on a withdrawal.

so i have removed my last review, i still stand by what i said about the verification process being very intrusive wanting bank details, card,s paypal etc ..but it has been rectified and i have received my winnings ..i will however still say that the person ebba who replied to me was extreamely rude in his reply and maybe the company should invest in some customer relation training !!!!
apart from that the games are good the scatters and winnings come in but get verified before you win otherwise its a headache.

Absolute joke off company that are illegally operating and stealing customers winnings, your be sent on merry go around constantly asking for documentation, then everytime you supply the correct documentation they ask for more documentation, which then when you supply them this, they then ask for different and more documentation.

You were flagged for a manual KYC review due to potentially fraudulent activity, and that wasn't without reason. You used a payment method in someone else's name. That's a clear breach of our terms.
So yes, additional documents were requested, because we can’t predict that you breached the terms, even if we had our suspicions thanks to the system flags.
So, I think it's fair to say the only thing that even comes close to "illegal" here is your actions, sadly.
We've held a UKGC licence for over 10 years, that doesn't happen if we're out here "stealing winnings".
And as for the positive reviews, they tend to come from people who follow the rules and don't try to be clever breaching them. Funny how that works. 🙂

Decent when you pass the painful verification process
