The member of staff was polite and asked how my day was before even getting down to business which I found comforting, he was polite friendly and professional, a credit to the company. He was quick on his response to me, and did not deviate once. Highly recommend as they answer your queries and offer an alternative if something isn't working

Probably one of the funnest casinos Ive played been using them maybe a year now roughly, has a really good selection of games, Ive took to trying new random ones each time and its been fun trying different games. Ive had some good lucky wins. Deposit and withdrawl is quick and seemless. Cant fault it.
Had to use customer support once and they were quick and friendly sorted everything out in no more than a day.
Games feel fair had my ups and downs but never felt like loses where unfair and the bonuses have payed good.

Absolute joke of a site. Signed up for their bet £10 and receive £10 once first bet settles. Bet settles, no free bet, so I open live chat to see when it will be on my account and was told I selected the wrong bonus (mine was for casino app) and I wouldn’t be getting a free bet. I then asked what is the Casino sign up and they advised that this wasn’t available to me either as I had placed a sports book bet. Totally fobbed off by rude unhelpful bots, would have given zero rating if possible. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

You didn't select the "£10 free bet" when you deposited, and you didn't opt in for marketing or sports bonuses either, so you were never eligible for it in the first place. Pretty straightforward.
So no, you weren't "fobbed off", you just didn't meet the requirements.
And calling support "rude unhelpful bots" is a bit rich, considering they were polite and only explained this to you.
You, on the other hand, went with "bunch of cunts!!!" and "Stick your sorry".
Hypocrisy at its finest. 😅

Fantastic customer service agent
Had an issue regarding proving my identity, the confusion was they were asking for marriage lines when my legal name was my maiden name as I wasn't married for long. A few agents misunderstood then I was put through to agent called Bob. And wow what can I say. Not only was the chat friendly and down to earth, you genuinely could tell he was writing the messages himself rather than copy and pasting scripted messages that other sites and customer service agents use. He listened, was patient, keep going bavk and forth to the relavent teams and updated me on every step. He sorted it out for me and spent real time going through every detail of my problem. All while being so genuine polite and understanding. I've never had an experience like this with anyone on any site. So a real commendment is needed for Bob. Thank you so much!
