Poor delivery and lack of communication!
Ordered a fridge from Argos. Booked a delivery for Monday. Was then phoned on the Monday that the fridge hadn't been put on the lorry and would have to book a new delivery. Phoned them. Then had to phone Argos. There's a lack of communication between the two companies. Cancelled the order then to be phoned a couple of days later wanting to rebook the delivery when the item had been cancelled. Not a great service.

I would strongly advise anyone considering a retailer that uses Product Care Group for delivery and installation services to think twice.
My experience involved three failed delivery and installation attempts, all due to poor planning, inadequate staff, and unqualified personnel.
On the first attempt, Product Care Group sent only one person to complete a delivery that clearly required a two-person team. As a result, the delivery could not be completed.
On the second attempt, two people were finally sent, but they damaged the product during delivery, making the installation unsuccessful once again.
The third attempt was no better. The driver was rude, unprofessional, and appeared to lack the necessary skills to carry out the installation. He claimed there was a fault with the property's pipework and refused to proceed. This explanation was completely unfounded, as the property is a brand-new build with new pipework throughout. It was clear that he was either unwilling or unable to complete the installation properly.
After wasting a considerable amount of time, I arranged installation through a different supplier that claim they do not use Product Care Group. Their team installed the product without any issues whatsoever, proving that the alleged pipework problem simply did not exist.
To make matters worse, contacting customer services on the email that's here was unhelpful. Any responses seemed generic and appeared to favour their drivers rather than address the legitimate concerns raised.
Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience caused by poor organisation, damaged goods, unqualified installers, and poor customer service. I would avoid Product Care Group and any retailer that relies on them for installation services.

Failure to provide service and failure to rectify their error.
I have been expecting a delivery of a Currys item this morning which has been arranged for 1 week. I’ve been receiving multiple email confirmation and correspondence confirming. I received a delivery window of 2-4 hours this morning and tracking my order which has stated ‘5 stops away’ and ‘on its way’. The tracking screen jumped to ‘unsuccessful’. I have not received a phone call and no one has arrived to my address. I called the company and was told ‘your item was not loaded onto the van, you need to call Curry’s for a refund’. Currys were unable to help me stating they e not received tracking information. I’ve missed an important family event and arranged work around this delivery this morning due to no other availability.
A classic case of being told ‘we’ve messed up but call someone else to sort it’s, and then the someone else stating ‘we don’t know what’s happening call the delivery company’. Appalling.

Useless, you had one job and still couldn't manage it.
Useless. Waited almost 2 weeks for something that was in stock and meant to arrive a week earlier, were it not for a system issue, then to be told not en route the planned date and short of resources so still wouldn't be getting it. You need two resources, a driver and a lorry. If you can't do that, perhaps you should operate a different business. Something involving clowns would be a good start.

Karl and Sven arrived punctually
Karl and Sven arrived punctually, worked quickly and efficiently, explaining what and why they were doing while removing an old oven and installing a new Miele one. They checked all the electrics, and ensured the oven was working before leaving, leaving behind a minimum of stuff to vacuum up: a big improvement on the previous company used by Miele.
Terrible service and communication!
Scheduled to have an induction hob delivered and installed by Product Care. The fitter arrived and refused to install the hob due to the appliance requiring a lower rated fuse. My electrician spoke to him over the phone while at the property and assured him that he would come to the property following the installation and put in a new fuse, and that the fitter could leave the existing appliance fuse turned off. The fitter still refused to install the hob and left in a hurry telling us to just reschedule the installation. The next available installation date was a week later.
We were given a time slot of 7am-8am, the fitter arrives at 7am and parks outside the property, only to sit in his vehicle for a minute and suddenly drive off. Left with no message or indication of what the status of our delivery/instalation was. Only later that day after getting through to Product Care support are we told that the driver was not comfortable with doing this job and left, and told us to reschedule the installation again!
Now the installation is postponed to the following week which will result in us being without a working hob for 2 weeks from the initial delivery date and a complete waste of a day.
Shocking service and lack of communication from Product Care!

Nicolae Perca who delivered my mother’s new fridge/freezer was the most polite and helpful man. He managed a very difficult job manoeuvring the new appliance down a full flight of stairs, and removing old appliance back up the stairs, on his own. An excellent worker! *****!

integrated Bosch dishwasher…
We had an integrated Bosch dishwasher delivered and installed. The engineer said he could not fit the door on as it was catching at the bottom, he suggested a couple of ml was shaved of the cupboard door. The dishwasher could not be balanced until this was fitted. He said we could use the dishwasher. He advised us to telephone and ask for an engineer to come back out and fix this when the door had been altered.
When contacted we were told they would not come out and do this.
We have returned the dishwasher and would not recommend these installers.

Delivery window for order was very far in advance. Waited for delivery, was told that the delivery was cancelled - no email only found out by checking the tracking. Called up the service to find out what happened - was told that my item must not have been loaded onto the van. Was told that the next delivery date was over a week away, but that they would try to find an earlier slot and that they would call me back. Checked the tracking again a few hours later. tracking said that the delivery had been arranged for a weeks' time. Waited to be contacted, was not contacted. After an hour called customer service. Was told that the person I spoke to originally had only just sorted for the new slot, and that they were on lunch (at 16:00 but fine). No information around other slots, only that they hoped that it would work for me. Cancelled the order and will find someone more communicative and reliable.

I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent company! If I could give 0 stars then I would. Ordered a fridge freezer through very and the first time for delivery this company didn’t even load it onto the van, didn’t even advise me they weren’t able to deliver, baring in mind I have I need this appliance asap due to mind being broke, this was ordered over 3 weeks ago! Tried to make a complaint I was advised I could not and that I had to go through very. Rescheduled booking in for today. And shock shock horror they Havnt bothered yet again and once again have both bothered to advise me! Stay very clear of this delivery company absolute shambles they are
