My first encounter with Pretty Homey was delightful. They let me knew a few minutes after my order was placed, via sms, that my delivery will be delayed due to the Christmas Holidays, and if I would be fine with that. That is service for you right there! Got my delivery a day after they opened. Carefully packaged.

I had absolutely no issues, Pretty Homey was fast and efficient - when i received my product it had been very well packaged to avoid any damage. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had issues creating an account on the website and I chatted to Liezl via the newly introduced chat system and she was such a pleasure to deal with.
