Review of INGE Solar Geyser Controller Installation by Just Energy Pty Ltd
Initially, I was very pleased with the service from Just Energy Pty Ltd. The installation of the INGE Solar Geyser controller was smooth, and the team seemed professional and efficient. However, the experience quickly soured. The first INGE controller failed and was replaced, which was disappointing but handled relatively promptly.
Unfortunately, the replacement unit also failed. Since then, the after-sales service has been extremely slow and unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-ups, Just Energy has been dragging their feet on replacing the faulty unit. This has been frustrating and has left me without a reliable solar geyser controller for an extended period.
Overall, while the initial service was promising, the lack of reliability in the product and poor follow-up support has been a major letdown. I would urge caution when considering this combination of product and service provider.

Top quality customer service
From first contacting Just Energy in March 2024, their service has been exceptional. Had an issue with a firmware update on my unit and they were very quick to respond and attend to the issue. Great communication throughout and and best customer service by far of al solar service providers I have dealt with.

Fast quote, decently priced, timely at site and professionally installed. The thing i appreciate the most was honesty, most installers come in, upsell what should be done and tries to overspec everything. They came in, gave honest feedback and quoted. Thanks!

I am a pensioner
I am a pensioner, and have been doing my research plus requested quotations from a few Solar power companies. I just could not afford the asking prices. Then one morning, I came accross an advert of Just Energy and was super exited about the affordability of such installation they offered. Within 1 day after contacting them, I had an installation date. What an wonderfull experience dealing with awesome, friendly people who kept me informed of the process involved. This is a rarity in SA. Installation of the system went off smooth, most friendly crew. I will recommend Just Energy to anyone thinking of installing solar energy. They are the best in town!!!!

Perfect Experience!
After much research, I decided to contact Just Energy to do a solar installation. They were amazing with communication and the installation was done quickly and professionally! Like others, I was doubtful to just pay money to a company I don't know but I am 100% satisfied.
