Prestige has great professionals who make the experience of renting a house much easier. Their treatment is great, they give you security at all times, they are quick and attentive to any problems in the house. It has been the best state agency I have ever had in the UK.

Prestige have been very helpful in letting my flat. They are knowledgeable and efficient and as it is a small company, everyone is familiar with the properties and situations. I use their rent guarantee system and, so far, everything has been good. I was nervous having used a nationwide agent before who let me down, but Prestige have helped build my confidence in agents services again. Although I haven't had any difficulties with my current tenants, I feel Prestige would be able to deal with the situation fairly and competently.

My first renting experience with Prestige was for 4.5 years I had no issues, property was clean to move into and they were friendly and if anything needed to be looked at within the property they were prompt to sort. This is now my second time of renting through Prestige and again they have been Excellent.
