Our moving experience with them was smooth and efficient from start to finish. They took care of setting up the utilities and bills, so everything was ready when we moved in. The house was spotless upon arrival—clean in every corner and smelling fresh—so we didn’t need to do any additional cleaning. Their service was excellent, and they were always easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Having been into property since 1980 when I was involved in a self-build, Prestige are by far the best agent I have been involved with. I first met Adam when he had recently left school and formed a bond of trust with him very quickly. Since Adam and Tony set up as Prestige, they have chosen their staff very wisely and they have employed all like-minded and conscientious people that are rewarded for their efforts. They are firm but fair with tenants and always seem to make the right decisions and offer the best advice. I 100% trust them and know that they have my best interests first and that by having this attitude, their success will follow. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone starting out in property or not happy with their current letting agents.

Got our rental house straight away no hassle with trying to catch them and the reporting is straight forward in there website and will reply to you straight away and book you for any repairs.

Very impressed with Prestige! The properties are some of the nicest I've seen thus far, very well kept, documentation is incredibly thorough and communication has always been excellent. They've been really keen to help even before I moved in, sending me everything I needed to get the utilities set up before I ever set foot in the door. Prestige is an absolute 5 star outfit, run by people who care about the tenants and Landlords. I have a few properties and they are completely on top of everything - from finding/renewing clients to maintenance, monthly statements and payments. I've been with them for 15 years plus and never an issue. Prior to Prestige, I used a number of Letting agents from well known Estate Agents and they were poor in comparison - you always felt you were never No1 priority, they was faceless, staff didn't care and the paperwork (invoices/tax statements etc) was sporadic at best. If you go with Prestige and you wont regret it !

"Put all KEYS in a kitchen drawer and the last key used to lock up, back through the letter box of the property.
Please email us to notify us you have left and that keys have been returned as above and confirm:
provide your new or forwarding address
give the name of the current supplier of the gas and electricity for the property you rented from us.
We will, once we have confirmation of the above details, book to attend to carry out the inspection on the next working day. We will then email a full report to you along with photos of any issues (if applicable) for your comment. We will also include meter reading and photos of meter in this report for your records. "
