Move in day was great even with all the restrictions, the repairs team were efficient and responsive and the amazing Louise helped us with every step of the way. After a terrible experience with another Estates Agent, we had the good luck to find Prestige and get everything on track again. They were very helpful, kind and polite from the first moment, and now that we are in the property, they remain the same way. Whenever we have an issue in the house, they respond quickly and efficiently. Highly recommendable.

I've rented a few properties before and usually I don't have much good to say but Prestige have truly been amazing. They genuinely care about their tenants, issues have been quickly resolved with fantastic communication and they have taken care of moving all bills and taxes over which saves all the headache usually associated with moving. They took care of transferring our bills which is easily the biggest headache when moving. Very easy to reach too if there is a problem.

Prestige have been amazing from the get go. They are super speedy with communications and are clear when liaising between myself and the tenants.
They have wide knowledge and expertise and up-hold all the standards (I have had agents in the past let this slip!)

Property at: 57 Cray Hill, Two Mile Ash, Milton Keynes MK8 8AY

Before requesting a viewing for an advertised property to rent, I filled up the agency form in where I wrote clearly "I have to give a month notice to my current land lord" and also confirmed on call with an agent I'd move in within one month to which Prestige Estates agreed.

After taking the booked physical viewing, transferring the holding deposit into their bank account, and sending my personal documents for the credit checks, I had got an email from an agent called Louise Stothard in Milton Keynes in which they were literarily forcing me to move in before a month notice period because the property had a lot of offers, so then I disagreed to proceed and asked for the holding deposit refund.

This is NOT a professional and even less NOT an ethical behaviour! They were trying to force me to start to pay the monthly rent before moving in, arguing I could miss out that property. I have all 20 emails to support what happened to me with this BAD COMPANY and bad people.

I have reported them to THE PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN

Couldn’t recommend prestige enough me and my partner have recently moved into a property Newport Pagnell and had a couple of minor things that needed to be done around the house ie Door hinges the service that we received was amazing very prompt and quick to resolve any issue we have the overall experience with prestige from start till now has been hassle and stress free I would definitely recommend using prestige to find your ideal home for you and your family couldn’t recommend them enough.
