Great customer service. I had purchased a number of prepaid SIMs for a trip in March. Unfortunately Trump's war in the Middle East resulted in trip cancellation. The team at Prepaid SIMs was understanding and provided me with a credit for future use, without question.

My experience is not involving any SIM card but the excellent PrepaidSims.com.au customer service.
Last year I bought a sim card online but I couldn't use it because my travel plans suddenly changed, for medical reasons.
Alvin supported me a lot, giving me all the necessary info and reassured me. I strongly recommend their services.

So happy with the service. From the time we put an order for these sim card and we got it in the post in within few days. The sim card itself works perfectly. Will keep on using this company for our next holiday

set up was a hastle, instructions were not very clear. some form of graphic, or document with the instructions would assist in making the set-up instructions easier to understand. UX design should be considered more. the sim, once working provides very fast data. overall happy.

My Europe trip got cancelled so I reached out to ask if the Europe esim I purchased could be exchanged for a New Zealand one for another trip in a couple months - thinking that I wouldn’t be able to do that, but just checking in case. I received a response within the same day, saying they could fulfill the exchange with no extra cost. Very happy with the customer service provided at Prepaidsims. :))

I recently travelled to New Zealand with my family of 8. From the moment we arrived, inserted the 2 Sim cards in 2 phones and activated them, it was great. We travelled around the north island and had no problems at all with the coverage. I am very happy with the service from Prepaid Sims. Thank you.

My experience with prepaid sims has been amazing. From their fabulous Customer Service when I've had to contact them, the prompt delivery of the sims and the coverage they provide when overseas has been fantastic. Just put the sim card in our phone, and we were ready to go, no mucking about trying to figure out a plan.
We could use our phones as soon as we got to NZ.

So happy with the supports I was given to activate my sim which I was having trouble activating the team member answered my email properly and the issue was sorted promptly I have always used prepaidsims when I travel overseas and they are very reliable

I bought an unlimited data eSIM wth local calls and hotspot tethering for New Zealand and it didn't miss a beat the whole trip. Easy to activate, great coverage on both islands and only one Sim needed for two people. Highly recommended.

I found it unfortunate that I had to find wifi to be able to activate the SIM and the coverage isn’t available in some places. Definitely do not agree with the TV ads for the great coverage. Other than that I’ve had no issues and it’s been well used.

While using it in New Orleans and Las Vegas it has been perfect but in Mexico it wasn't good at all considering we paid extra not impressed with that otherwise it has been great

Clear set up instructions, quick connection. No further thinking about data usage while travelling. Hotspots, peace of m8nd on network security.

It worked straight away as soon as I landed in Milan and has kept signal ever since it’s been really good

Bought a sim for Japan. Upon arrival, sim would not activate. Phone has to be configured in complicated process to get sim to work. Unable to get the phone to function with the sim.
AVOID!!! There are other travel sims out there that can be trusted than this mob.

On arrival at my destination in Southeast Asia, the physical data SIM failed to work in my Google Phone, reporting it as unsupported (worked fine in an iPhone). I emailed Prepaid SIMs from the airport and they promptly responded by the time I got to the hotel and resolved the issue by issuing a replacement eSIM. Fantastic service, highly recommend.
