First time used, not much to tell, so far so good 😊

Esims work excellent all over uk and europe. Would definitely buy them again.

Just returned from a month travelling Asia... Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore. Our Asia Prepaid sims didn't miss a beat! Activated them on arrival in Indonesia, kept them installed till we left Singapore. Our prepaid sims instantly worked at soon as we landed in the country... we didn't have to do any adjustments. We have previously tried e-sims and apart from complicated activation procedures, we never once got them to work! With Prepaidsims installation and activation was so simple. Install sim, change roaming and you're done.

Even with data only my wife and I were able to communicate through WhatsApp very successfully in all the countries.

Prepaidsim will be our communication choice from now on. ♥️ it!

Excellent service! Selected the incorrect travel dates when purchasing however the wonderful support team were able to update the dates within a couple of hours of me reaching out for support.

Using eSIM is new to us so initially experienced difficulties to get the system going. We found the support provided by the Prepaidsims was timely and very helpful. We were able to resolve all issues to get system going. Very happy with products and support received, will definitely use them again in the future.

Soon as i arrived it was working , i did run out of data the day before i flew home causing issues

Setting up was hard and I couldn’t do it until I got to my hotel. Unfortunately I had to ring the hotel for their courtesy bus so I had to get a stranger to ring for me - that wasn’t good. Apart from that it worked well.

Good coverage whilst travelling UK and Belgium. Right amount of data included for time period. Easy to purchase and download.

Honestly, at first I was in doubt about IT . BUT, because the customer service was really great (thanks ti Alvin).I gave it a try and my total review was 10/10.
I am not good with technology and it became simple because I just need to take out my old sim card (which is very reassuring that I will not be charged by my own network provider) and insert the provided sim card and GO...
I dodnt order the esim bec it will be complicated to me BUT Yes, you can get either one.

Has worked really well. At the beginning I couldn't find the esim
Emailed support, they said look in scam folder eventually found it. The support team was quick and excellent. Would highly recommend the company.

Great sim with no tech dramas. Easy to setup and good service around our trip of New Zealand’s north and south islands

So far so good but has to wait how long it will last.

Sim arrived quickly. Easy to install and use - connected quickly and easily to local network

I placed the sim cards in our phones while still on our flight from Australia to New Zealand leaving them turned off.
On landing turned them on & worked straight away so i could use the maps in our phone to get hire car to where we needed to be.
Used for 3 weeks in New Zealand with no issues keeping in contact family & friends through data-based massager & calls. Even using face time with the grandkids to show them where we were.
Did lose signal a couple of times but this is normal with any phone service. 10/10

I had some issues setting up esim for my wife and the support received was fantastic because
- responsiveness to my issues
- patience and providing solutions and asking questions
- experience provided that got the problem fixed

I highly recommend to use them anytime.

I had set the wrong start date to activate my sim when visiting Thailand. A couple of emails and the issue was fixed. So good so grateful. All round great service

It allowed me to use Google Maps on my phone to navigate from Auckland to Rotorua, Taupo, Waitomo, Whanganui to Wellington with no problems.

Great customer service. I had purchased a number of prepaid SIMs for a trip in March. Unfortunately Trump's war in the Middle East resulted in trip cancellation. The team at Prepaid SIMs was understanding and provided me with a credit for future use, without question.
