Awful company
Awful company. Despite the fact I am on a decent salary and have no debt I was declined by the underwriting team. Not that premium plan had the decency to contact me, I had to chase them up. They wouldn't give k why it was declined, said they couldn't give me that information. So basically their mantra of helping people who have had trouble with credit in the past is lot of rubbish. I'm angry they don't have even have the decency to call you to let you know. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you for the review. Here at Premium Plan we aim to help every customer that we receive an application for, but unfortunately that's not always possible. I can see that your application was referred to us by a broker from either an online application on their website, or through a dealership that you may have visited and the broker works with. All updates regarding customers go back to the referring broker so that they, or the original car dealership, can keep customers informed and where an application is declined, see if another lender on their panel may be able to help.
Apologies that we were unable to help you at this time.

I normally hate dealing with financial things and delegate to my husband, however, even for me, this was almost a pleasure! Staff at Premium Plan were so patient and helpful and our deal all went through quickly and easily. I can't thank you enough.

If I could give more than 5 I would!
I honestly cannot rate this company enough! I was worried due to bad credit and years of trying to rebuild it they would turn me away however they took into account my wage and could see that I could clearly afford it offering me 4 times which I needed which although I didn’t take the full amount was comforting they would offer that amount. Sent the documents in and they were back in a matter of hours, once I’d found the car they had it all tied up in a day and a half and I’m off today to pick my new car up exactly one week after I applied online. Every person I spoke to either at red potato or premium plan was amazing and so clear and helpful I could not rate them enough!! Such an easy process and they really go above and beyond. Very happy customer!!

Really quick and efficient in getting you into your new car of choice
Premium plan have been great, approved the finance very swiftly, let me choose a car, then once id found a car they sent me the documents to sign within an hour and the car was mine. Very fast at getting everything in place and Im over the moon with the new car of choice.
