I bought 3 items from Premihair. A Remi Hair wig and 2 Closures. They have Great service, very fast delivery to Germany! I give them 5 stars for service and delivery. About the products, I wanted to test the items first before reviewing them. The wig is great! I have worn it for more than 8 weeks and i am totally impressed. No tangling no shedding. Great product! The wig gets 5 stars from me too. About the 1st closure on delivery it was perfect, great texture was really impressed. However after wearing the closure for a week, it started to shed terribly, which has been really disappointing. 2 stars for the closure. I hope that my order was a bad batch, thats why i decided to buy a second Closure. Am yet to test the second Closure, I'll give my review when I do.
PremiHair responded immediately after they found out I had problems with the purchased closure. I must say am fully satisfied with the solution offered, really 1st class customer service!! I will definately be recommeding you to my friends and will be purchasing from you again!

Excellent customer service and great hair!
I ordered 3 hair bundles that came with a silk base closure and an additional frontal at the beginning of Jan from PremiHair. I've made 2 wigs which came out really well. The hair quality is great although I did experience the hair shedding quite a lot when I was washing and conditioning the bundles and the closure/frontal before I made the wig. However the shedding has reduced significantly which I'm happy about. The customer service was great and Penny answered all my questions before I purchased. My only criticism is that the hair on the closure and frontal can be fuller so it gives maximum coverage otherwise I will order hair from them again.

HAIRMAZING!
I am very pleased with the closure that I purchased! The hair is very soft and the Swiss lace looks like real scalp unless you look really closely! I have yet to customise it to make it my own but I'm sure I'll be pleased with the results! This is a great closure for a great price!

Excellent service, very good quality hair. I dyed the hair Auburn which was washed as instructed and it is still in excellent condition and looks Amaizing!

Lovely but very tangly after few days.
It a very light and gorgeous wig with a look that made me stand out in the crowd but after few days of use, it left a chaotic & annoying experience when brushing because it gets so tangled for no reason, hair strands pulling & falling over the place. I love the wig colour but im not enjoying its use at all. Its not worth the money spent. Not happy... 2 stars for the lovely colour & fast delivery.

Good customer service but poor stock control
After ordering for the first time a item which stated it was in stock, I had my money sent back to me the next day, explaining it was now unfortunately not it stock. However I could not fault the customer service as they were very helpful and said they would let me know when it was back in stock. I will try and use again and hopefully they will have item in stock.

Do not buy!
I received the hair and it was timely but the closure is NOT lace. I have pics which I will post.
My hairdresser could not use it as it's some sort of fabric used but nothing close to lace. if you want something natural looking.. you will not find it here.
