Premier Vehicle Group Ltd Reviews

Traded in my RR for a lovely Audi Q5. The team at PVG ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. PVG has a range of beautiful vehicles - hopefully I will return in the future for an upgrade! Thank you once again Charlotte and Elliot, for your patience and for making the whole experience as less stressful as possible. So in love with my new wheels 😍

I bought my new vehicle from Premier Vehicle Group had a small problem and they was quick to help resolve the matter am happy and would buy again from them

I bought a car from Charlotte and Millie, absolutely fantastic to deal with, super efficient, super friendly and quite frankly a delight to deal with. They made choosing a car super easy and stress free. I would absolutely recommend dealing with these two women when going through this company. Outstanding service. Thank you so much!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team for helping me get my new car, especially Elliott and Charlotte! Elliott was great from the start - super attentive and sent me loads of options until we found the perfect one (a brilliant deal on a VW Taigo which I absolutely love!) Then I dealt with Charlotte for the delivery side of things and she was just as lovely - really clear, helpful, and kept me updated throughout. Both were so easy to talk to and made the whole process completely stress-free. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Not only did Jonny help me finance my CLA originally, he also took care of everything when I was ready to sell it 3 years later. Not only offering the best price point but everything in between as well. The most stressless experience anyone can provide.

This is my 2nd car with Premier Vehicle Group within just over a year and I cannot fault the service they provide. I wasn’t particularly looking for a new car but when an unexpected messaged from Elliot a year after I had purchased my 1st vehicle through him asking how everything was it had me thinking. Elliot has been amazing on both occasions, communicating on each step and always going the extra mile.

So helpful and friendly! Special mention to Millie who assisted us, very kind and helpful.

Cane down from Edinburgh on the train and they picked me up from the station, over all they made the whole process easy and stress free

Elliot did a great job of understanding my requirements and putting a number of suitable options in front of me. Once we’d decided to go ahead, Charlotte then helped me every step of the way on all the admin that needed doing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my personal or business vehicle needs!

Couldn’t be more pleased with there help
